Reporting obligations are based on specific written rules, not your arbitrary sense of moral outrage driven by your hatred of a particular college wrestling program. -
My question is simple. Show me in writing the obligation for a NCAA coach to make formal reports based on “hey I heard a teammate did X”. Because all three of your hypotheticals are based solely on hearsay. Look up what hearsay means because I’m 99% sure you don’t know what it is.

Ok, so now someone says reports were filed. We don't know that those reports contained, so all of what you said may be a moot point. I agree that Cael would have to report allegations that he received directly from a wrestler of his, but show me how you are concluding that Cael (1) actually was told about the underage stuff and (2) why he would have an obligation to report alleged conduct toward an unknown third party that he supposedly learned about third hand?

I thought Mrs. Bartlett's post said no reports were filed? Now someone filed one? I think you are a bit mixed up. The alleged conduct that was supposedly reported to the coaches was against male members of the wrestling team.

My point is, regardless of the outcome, there will be no change in action on your part. I.e. if Starocci is totally cleared you won't be here issuing a retraction or deleting all your accusatory posts about the topic. So you will just continue to spew venom and spread accusations because there's no downside for you to do so.
