  1. This is insanity. This is 3rd world country level of judicial malfeasance.
  2. Who knows. One thing we know for sure is the media will be talking about it 24/7 for months. They might even melt down the airways if he is acquitted. Have a great day everyone. This has been quite an education for the American public.
  3. Great analogy. But I prefer the T-bone. I wrestled up through college. Then I coached Folkstyle for about 15 years. I really like the neutral, the top and bottom wrestling in folkstyle. In college it was 2-3-3 periods . Overtime was a full 1-1-1. Conditioning was extremely important. If still tied unfortunately it was decided by a referee's decision .
  4. There is always more to the story but many times it gets buried. This doesn't surprise me at all.
  5. You and I will pay for it in our taxes. Just like you and I are paying for all the student loans now. Get ready to open up your wallet.
  6. I am aware of everything that led up to the FBI's visits. I'm just extremely disappointed in the way the DOJ handled both of these cases. I'm disappointed in President Trump and his lawyers for their poor judgement in handling this matter. I'm surprised that President Biden could have so many documents in his house, at U Penn office and the beach house for decades. Documents that a senator or vice president are not allowed to have outside of the SKIF, little alone take them home. I'm very curious about the material or documents in the 1850 boxes Joe gave to the University of Delaware University. The boxes are not allowed to be opened until 2 years after his death.
  7. Ist place,maybe a 2nd place
  8. Just final visits by the FBI. I made up the part about the doughnuts and coffee. WKN called me out on that.
  9. I'm sorry I made up the part about the doughnuts and coffee.
  10. Would it be OK with you if it was applied consistently across the board. Trump 50 armed FBI agents unannounced and good old JOE gets a phone call from FBI and makes nice appointment for a week later to come by and visit. They must bring doughnuts and coffee.
  11. Mr. Le Duke. Thanks for your service. I have a son and 3 sons in laws they have served and 2 are still actively serving. My question to you is what is the penalty for an Army Officer for unauthorized removal and willful retaining of classified information?
  12. You are sadly misinformed. But ok. I think everyone on here knows what they are and how they are used. We also know that the sitting President had the very same violations (but worse) with classified documents for decades and the DOJ or FBI made an appointment to come and get them. But it is worse. He was only a senator and a vice president when he just happened to steal them. He had them for decades. Now he is to old and feeble to prosecute.
  13. Why didn't they apply that to the sitting President? I know you know why?
  14. Ther were already 25-armed Secret Service agents at Mar-a-Lago. These seems like a very poor decision on someone's part , to come in unannounced. 50 armed FBI agents and others instructed to take with force if necessary, serving a search warrant with 25 Secret Service Agents who also armed and instructed to protect with force.
  15. They left boxes there from the first visit and recommended President Trump put a BETTER LOCK on the door to the room. Why didn't they take all the boxes? Seems pretty strange to me.
  16. Maybe they should call in advance to set up an appointment and greatly reduce the possibility of needing to use arms. That seems to be the normal protocol for this type of operation. It was the protocol for a very similar operation with a sitting President who was in violation of having top secret documents. I'm sure you were aware there were already 25 Secret Service officers already at Mar-a -Lago.
  17. Just a little sarcasm. Joe would have difficulty running the local Ice Cream stand. Joe would have difficulty walking to get to the Ice Cream stand. Even if he only lived a block away. But Joe would love working there. (Ice Cream)
  18. Robert Hur took one for his future in the legal system. Smart guy, he will definitely be rewarded. What he said was true though. It would be hard to, in Joe's condition to convince a jury to convict him of a serious felony.
  19. I'm sure they would go with Melania's on this one.
  20. On a former President who has documents in boxes in a room. That the FBI had been there just 7 months prior, but did not take all said documents ( only 15 boxes) and was asked to put a better lock on the door to the storage room slash office. Yes, they should him shoot for sure. Maybe they should just use a high-tech lynching instead in some Kangaroo courts spread all around the country.
  21. Most if not all agree with Robert Hur's findings . That Joe Biden is a well meaning, elderly old man with a poor memory. A jury would be sympathetic for the reasons stated above. It would be difficult to convince a jury to convict him of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.
  22. Exactly. Doc's that should have never left the SCIF. They are found at 3 different locations unsecured for years. For decades. How does that happen.? Why does that happen? He was a senator and a vice president. Did he not break like 10 different laws. Actually, he probably broke hundreds of laws, one for each document that should have never left the SKIF.
  23. There was a time not so long ago when a government of a country (Germany) asked its people to trust them. Don't ask questions. Don't look round. They told their citizens everything is fine, just trust us. We all know how that worked out for the Jewish citizens of that country and the world as a whole. Devastating!!!!!!
