Lewan was also one of the interviews and seemed excited to get a chance to knock off Haines. Only guy I can see being out is Gomez, if true he in Mexico -
A perfect world for Michigan would be DeAugustino win, Ragusin win, Gomez pin ( he can pin anyone), Lewan win (was an overtime match last year) and Amine win..that puts them at 18 points..that would be 5-5 split with 3 bonus. Can Kerk, Star, Brooks, Bartlett and Truax get at least 3 bonus? Highly doubtful this all happens on same night, but at least Michigan has a slight chance ..

I really want to put MD for Messenbrink because I really believe he puts it on Amine..I don't see how Amine has any chance to win though. I'd be shocked if this is a typical come down to the wire Amine style match As far as 133--I get it..we both like our guy

Was just messing with you a little bit.. Truth of the matter as a huge PSU fan is I’d love if they wrestled every week against anyone. That being said..if the coach who’s won what? 10 out of last 12 feels he knows what’s best for his atheletes. Who am I to question it? -

Kinner is a nice win. But then I see he got destroyed in some matches. Crazy that one solid win gets him up that high as far as VV? I pray Iowa starts Rathjen. VV could be the most boring wrestler in history -

I have it going like you except I have no clue what to expect at 149. I have never seen Singleton wrestle and I do see his lofty ranking on Intermat. His wrestlestat ranking is like #74. I like to use my “eye test,” when predicting a match. Kasak hasn’t set world on fire yet, and never seen this kid Singelton. have you seen the kid wrestle LeDuke? Or just going off Wrestlestat results? -

PSU is clearly scared of the teams you mention. They’d rather their team wrestle senior level events so that any losses their guys take, don’t count for NCAA seeding. They’d rather have half their team in the all-star classic as well because those matches don’t count so losses don’t hurt them come seeding time. Cael is gaming the system I think it should be mandatory going forward that Tom Ryan give Cael instructions on how to set up a proper schedule. you bring up some good points Fred -
Cornell is pathetic. Team should be banned from ANY invitational events going forward. Last year vs Ohio State and now this shit. Totally classless Mike Grey. Have your team go out an get their asses kicked because he scared they lose precious seeding

Yep..made no sense what they did. Hall and Cenzo got screwed. But by far the worst screw job that year was Kolodzik. If I recall he sat out 1st semester (planned on Olympic Redshirt). Team was looking good, so he came out of redshirt. Wrestled only a few matches and lost his final year

They specifically asked him if he’d be coming back for his final year of eligibility next year and he said “yes he plans on it”. He not going anywhere

Yes he has another year of eligibility and yes, he was interviewed earlier in year and stated he’d be taking his final year

AB already qualifies with his U23 Gold. In post match presser Cael said AB and SVN were not out because of senior nationals. im thinking SVN and AB were sick or ate too much turkey

Yeah..Can’t see Shapiro making it thru a grueling tournament. Too small and no gas tank. Looks like a 149 lber.

This weekend will let us know where Shapiro is. I feel he’s the most talented guy skill wise at the weight and that includes Levi. His downside in my opinion is he may not be the strongest. Andonian will be a nice test (if he stays off his back he should win)but the big test would be if he sees Robb a big strong 157
