  1. The leaders are in denial about their failures, while their followers are acting like they just won a prize in a contest no one remembers entering.
  2. You know what's not surprising? That a letter offering money to assassinate the president was made public. Yet, the letters from school shooters remain under wraps. Why? Because sharing those is known to inspire copycat behavior. ***duck** the media.
  3. It says a lot when the author of that article and the readers who enjoy it demonstrate worse character than Trump.
  4. ...and these conversations ensure there’s a paper trail to back up that story... But behind the scenes, Trump has a different plan. With the election’s certification looming, his last-ditch hope lies with Mike Pence. Publicly, Trump fans the flames, tweeting, “Big protest in D.C. on January 6th... Be there, will be wild!” At the same time, his requests for troop protection are just window dressing for the real goal: chaos at the Capitol. On January 6, as he watches the crowd gather, Trump is flooded with both excitement and anxiety. For a fleeting second, it feels like 1962, just before stepping onto the wrestling mat. He believes he’s setting the stage to be the hero. If chaos erupts, he can point to his warnings and claim he was simply trying to maintain peace. During his speech, Trump encourages the crowd to "peacefully and patriotically" make their voices heard. But he also stirs them with, "We fight like hell. And if you don’t fight like hell, you’re not going to have a country anymore." By the time his speech ends, chaos is primed to unfold. Among the mostly peaceful demonstrators, a small but determined group of extremists, Antifa, and undercover agents is ready to breach the Capitol. Law enforcement’s use of tear gas only makes things worse. Protesters break through security, and while some officers try to hold the line, others step aside or escort protestors through the building. Feeling the heat, Trump tweets: "I know your pain, I know you’re hurt... But you have to go home now. We need peace." Social media deletes the tweet. But Trump’s real strategy isn’t in the streets; it’s in the halls of power. He pressures Pence, relying on a legal theory developed by his team: if Pence rejects the electoral votes, the decision could be sent back to the states, allowing Trump’s allies to investigate election fraud claims and potentially overturn the official results. As chaos engulfs the Capitol, Trump hopes it will buy him time—or even compel Pence to take action. But Pence doesn’t bend. The Capitol is breached, violence spreads, and Trump’s plan unravels. Instead of emerging as the hero, Trump scrambles, issuing calls for peace as the situation spirals out of control. In the end, Trump miscalculates. He underestimates Pence’s loyalty, the unpredictability of the crowd, and the nation’s backlash. His attempt to overturn the election collapses. Yet, to his most loyal followers, he remains the “true president,” wronged by the system.
  5. Need more of this.
  6. Imagine this: In the weeks leading up to January 6, 2021, Donald Trump is sitting in the Oval Office, plotting a two-pronged strategy. On one hand, he appears to be the responsible leader, expressing his concern about the safety of the Capitol. He speaks with top military officials, offering 10,000 troops and saying, "Hey, look at this. There’s going to be a large amount of protesters here on the 6th, make sure that you have sufficient National Guard or Soldiers to make sure it’s a safe event. Hey, I don’t care if you use Guard, or Soldiers, active duty Soldiers, do whatever you have to do. Just make sure it’s safe." This is all part of his elaborate cover—Trump wants to look like the protector of democracy... Choose your path ...and these conversations ensure there’s a paper trail to back up that story... ...and these protests are just a distraction to... ...while ensuring the rigged election...
  7. I thought... No way this is true*. Batshit crazy. These dipshits are acting like Harris crew. The alternate angle critical thinking... The genius is that it doesn't matter for the purposes of raising concern about immigration for those concerned. And the propaganda also works on the idiots that are voting to protect pets. *Through research, I've found people arrested for kidnapping and killing pets in Ohio (not Haitians). People arrested for eating cats in Ohio (not Haitians). Haitians on video eating cats in other countries. In Ohio, I've only found testimonies and police reports with unproven accusations of Haitians kidnapping and eating cats. Its a mad, sad world.
  8. The KH party announced “the win” that the IRS union supports them. Are you not entertained?
  9. Because Trump maintains (repeatedly) that groups A and B are bad, the existence or absence of group C does not alter that assessment. Group C’s presence might add nuance, but it doesn't negate the classification of A and B as negative.
  10. The truth is the opposite once again. Of course it matters. Stupid shit like this was part of the 2020 election 'fortification.'
  11. Edit: attention @Saylors_Tiny_Willie who originally mentioned the letter. No. This election is a choice between serious leadership and vengeful impulsiveness. It is a choice between democracy and authoritarianism. Emotional words fail right from the start. It is the opinion of many that Biden/Harris were not serious about the economy and immigration, two pressing issues for the people. Trump definitely is impulsive and I'd put money that he is vengeful (understandably) in his next presidency. It would shock me to see Trump be a stoic on the way he has been unusually targeted. Biden/Harris can be argued as authoritarian right form the beginning with the large amount of executive orders that bypassed congress. If one swallows the J6 narratives as the media has presented, they make the argument of Trump authoritarianism. We've seen Trump and Biden/Harris be a president. The Democracy held and the "authoritarianism" was checked and balanced. Outrageous. No. Vice President Harris has proven she is an effective leader able to advance American national security interests. She failed to protect national security interests through her failure on illegal immigration. Russia relation failure and Afghanistan withdrawal. Inflation. She recently demonstrated how serious she is when stating "As of today, there is not one member of the United States Military who is in Active Duty in a combat zone in any war zone around the world. The first time..." Maybe? She grasps the reality of American military deterrence, promising to preserve the American military’s status as the most “lethal” force in the world. Why did they fail to mention that Trump advocated for increasing military spending to rebuild and strengthen the U.S. military for national security. Trump pushed allies to do their part with NATO contributions... Bullshit! We believe, as President Ronald Reagan said, that “America is a shining city on a hill.” Yet in this election, one of President Reagan’s more ominous warnings is equally relevant. “Freedom,” he said, “is never more than one generation away from extinction.” Kamala is talking about the need to censor speech. Full stop. More talk about 2020 election. Trump scary. Trump did cede the election even though millions of sane people believe the 2020 election was rigged, including RFK. The Trump campaign should write a letter and open it up to the Military service members. Hundreds of thousands would sign the letter. ------------- Source: https://www.nsl4a.org/nsl4a-announcements/nsl4a-endorsement-harris
  12. The methodology indirectly documents that more democrats than republicans were surveyed. Here is the indirection connection you are missing. The chart methodology states it has a higher representation of blacks and hispanics for “reason of analysis.” In 2020, 92% of single-race Black, non-Hispanic voters cast a vote for Democrat Joe Biden, while only 8% backed Republican Donald Trump. Although then-President Donald Trump made gains among Hispanics in 2020, a majority of Latino voters (59%) voted for current President Joe Biden that year, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of validated voters.
  13. @Saylors_Tiny_Willie Did you check the charts bias? The first red flag is that the majority of respondents trust Kama more on crime than Donald Trump. That is outrageously unbelievable unless the respondent majority slant a certain left direction. The second red flag is that the chart (above) is sorted in descending order for trust in Kamala Harris. An unbiased sort would show trust in the order that the voters said was must important (below). My BS meter is spiking, and now I’m wondering: How many respondents? What are their political affiliations? What are their age and gender demographics? The survey had 2,028 respondents, all paid to participate. This included 712 (35%) Hispanic respondents and 528 (26%) Black respondents. For context, Hispanics make up about 19% of the U.S. population, and Black Americans make up about 12%. Links The Economy Tops Voters' Minds Survey Methodology This biased chart omits key information, and the media presents it as if "all of America" trusts Kamala on the economy.
  14. I am not a Chad and I do not identify as a Karen. Bye Felicia.
  15. Trump's staff includes JD Vance's staff and their 6 degrees of separation network. Before the debate, JD Vance said the pets story came from his constituents and, true or not, it should be shared to highlight immigration issues. It works like an open conspiracy—shocking and memorable. Just like the false claim that Trump banned abortion, it spreads and sticks with people. More people are focused on immigration and cultural clashes, fearing it could happen in their area. It’s a clever plan, openly shared and still unfolding. There are 10+ left-leaning media spins for every 1 right-leaning spin on many major news networks. JD executed the plan flawlessly, and while I dislike spin tactics, this is brilliance. I am glad to see Trump's team fight back with the tactics that the Harris team does. Neither Trump nor Harris are known for their honesty. I align with about 80% of Trump’s policies and 40% of Harris’. I’ve lived through both the Trump and Biden/Harris presidencies. Have you seen the recent videos of government workers visiting citizens to discuss social media posts? Have you heard Harris, Walz, and Clinton talk about restricting free speech? ***duck** those people to the Nth degree.
  16. I am trained in logic.
  17. Trump: Bad people are bad. There were bad people *10 on the right and bad people on the left too. Trump: There were fine people there (Saturday) who were not the bad people I just mentioned. The bad people are unacceptable. Billy: See? Trump called the bad people fine people. Terrance Howard: I agree with Billy. According to my logic, 1*1 = 2. Theoretically, Trump could be the most racist person alive, and if only violent racists were present, in reality, he directly condemned racists and stated he was not calling them fine. Emotion overcomes logic here because Trump also condemned violence from counter-protesters. Cognitive bias leads Billy to dismiss Trump’s much greater focus on the racists. Trump’s actual words do not downplay the racists.
  18. It is interesting that Trump is simply repeating what others in Springfield have been claiming for months. Listen to 1:39 from the March 12, 2024 City Commission Meeting.
  19. Bomb threats at schools raise a red flag for me. In my area, there were several bomb and shooting threats after recent publicized shootings, which reflects copycat or attention-seeking behavior. The "eating pets" comment was a clever way to bring attention to the immigration issue, but the schools themselves aren’t related to this topic. If anything, targeting city hall makes sense.
  20. Part of the confusion stems from the torch-lit march the night before, where protesters chanting slogans like “Jews will not replace us” were clearly associated with white supremacist and neo-Nazi ideologies. The next day included those individuals, members of militia groups, AND what Trump referred to as “fine people” who were peacefully protesting the removal of the Robert E. Lee statue. While it’s understandable to question whether anyone protesting to keep the statue could be considered "fine people," it’s disingenuous to ignore what Trump repeatedly said and twist it into support for racism.
  21. Even if one believes as you do that there were only white supremacists and neo-Nazis, its clear that Trump was not talking about neo-Nazis and white supremacists. You are being unusually dishonest about this. ---- TRUMP: Those people – all of those people, excuse me – I’ve condemned neo-Nazis. I’ve condemned many different groups, but not all of those people were neo-Nazis, believe me. Not all of those people were white supremacists by any stretch. TRUMP: Those people were also there, because they wanted to protest the taking down of a statue Robert E. Lee. So – excuse me – and you take a look at some of the groups and you see, and you’d know it if you were honest reporters, which in many cases you’re not. Many of those people were there to protest the taking down of the statue of Robert E. Lee. So this week, it’s Robert E. Lee, I noticed that Stonewall Jackson’s coming down. I wonder, is it George Washington next week? And is it Thomas Jefferson the week after. You know, you really do have to ask yourself, where does it stop?

  24. If you can admit the fine people hoax, I'll point out the lies. If you believe Trump referred KKK as fine people, providing evidence of the problems on the wiki is a waste of time.
