I agree 100%....often times that is the case. I'm wondering too, if there was a conflict with Big Ten+, and using Track, since Track is with Flo now???? It looked like Track was originally set up, but it wasn't working right. You can't televise/livestream wrestling with a large number of mats, cameras, and not have a dashboard for the quadpod, so you know which mat wrestlers are on. We'll see how Southern Scuffle goes now!! I haven't checked it out yet.

I don't remember it being this bad last year overall.....to me, a big part of the problem was not being able to follow the coverage along, at least with Track....Track was terrible this time. It was hard to follow along that's for sure. Fortunately, the competition at both the Midlands and SS wasn't that great, so I just "bagged it". It better get better from here on out.

When you go to the link for the Soldier Salute, they have the days wrong.....it's not Friday the 30th/Sat the 31st. SMH This is terrible, both the Midlands and SS......you've got cameras on most of the mats, you've got quadpad if you use it, but you have to guess who's on what mat, there is not dashboard, brackets. I'll just stop right there......

I few of my best memories of Midlands include....Owings getting beat by Clyde Smith to eliminate the rematch of Owings vs. Gable in 1970, Jimmy Carr vs. Don Behm in the finals...Behm RD. , watching Cary Kolat take 3rd as a high school junior if I'm not mistaken, watching, Ben and John Peterson, Gable, Hellickson, Schalles, Chris Taylor, how about the Gibbons vs. Lewis match which was a prelude to the rematch where Randy got hurt so bad, a young John Fisher tech falling Olympic Silver medalist Barry Davis in an early round. I just looked at some older brackets, and many weights had 3-4 eventual NCAA Champions in it. Those were some special years at the Midlands. I see what you are saying, but it was just gum! Would look better without the gum, but I originally watched it and didn't think anything of it. I had to watch it again to see what you were talking about. He just got off "work" from a few long days, and more work to do when he leaves the arena. It look's like he got caught right after the competition for the interview. It wasn't like he had time to prepare for a sitdown press conference. Just sayin'!!!! (Always loved to watch Michael Jordan press conferences....showered, dressed to kill in a great suit, and of course he was articulate)
