I think Gable was just wrestling on Cruise Control last night. Another day at the office, a walk in the park.

Here's a fun highlight video of Smith hitting his duckunder, he also gets a bodylock in it. I have a video of him hitting a great Metzger against Russia either in Iowa City or Portland dual....it's in my library. Good stuff!!! I never saw Gelogaev hit ducks....lot's of upper body and footsweeps, but John Smith was hitting elbow tie ducks when he was in college and used them anytime he could....of course he shot from space a lot too. So I don't understand you comment on the duckunder??? As a sidenote, had a great time walleye fishing with John Smith on Lake Erie in 1989 during the World Cup, which he was competing in.......long story, but a great one. Kind of like my Darrion Caldwell on the elevator story.....lol. Fadzaev

I figured you had seen him in high school....he was a top recruit for Jay Robinson. The injury was unfortunate.....Jack Griffin is a great guy.

Wow.....a couple of interesting picks here, especially Fleeger and Nix....Nix was tough, but had a short career....got hurt his sophomore year....I want to say Big Ten finals....wrestling nemesis Jack Griffin and Griffin hit a cutback and that is where the injury came. Griffin became an NCAA Champion, and Nix was an NCAA runnerup the year before, losing to Jack Cuvo in the finals.

It will be interesting!!! Looking forward to more posts/input.

Man, these lists are great....you can, in some cases, tell the area guys are from...but that's OK....this is interesting!!

While things are kind of slow, how about making a list of your favorite....I'll say favorite, instead of greatest, wrestlers of all time. I made a list, and just 10 is pretty hard to pick and choose, so I'll say 15. For now, let's keep this a list of domestic wrestlers, not international.....Fadz I'll publish my list after I think about this a little more. Have fun....Fadz.

I agree 100%....often times that is the case. I'm wondering too, if there was a conflict with Big Ten+, and using Track, since Track is with Flo now???? It looked like Track was originally set up, but it wasn't working right. You can't televise/livestream wrestling with a large number of mats, cameras, and not have a dashboard for the quadpod, so you know which mat wrestlers are on. We'll see how Southern Scuffle goes now!! I haven't checked it out yet.

I don't remember it being this bad last year overall.....to me, a big part of the problem was not being able to follow the coverage along, at least with Track....Track was terrible this time. It was hard to follow along that's for sure. Fortunately, the competition at both the Midlands and SS wasn't that great, so I just "bagged it". It better get better from here on out.

When you go to the link for the Soldier Salute, they have the days wrong.....it's not Friday the 30th/Sat the 31st. SMH This is terrible, both the Midlands and SS......you've got cameras on most of the mats, you've got quadpad if you use it, but you have to guess who's on what mat, there is not dashboard, brackets. I'll just stop right there......
