Torture?  No, I’ve never been tortured, but if you ever have kids it’s better if you sit them down first and tell them “Now this is gonna hurt you a lot more than it’s gonna hurt me.”

Based on a sample size of 1 you made a conclusion that ALL people similar to that 1 are all the same and should be treated as such? 

 

How is this not obvious to you right now? 

You are yelling at clouds because they don't look exactly like all the other clouds because they're 'weird' and make YOU feel uncomfortable. And heaven forbid anyone else is forced to go to that DQ and are subject to that kind of treatment.

I'm sure you believe that to be true. Honestly. I'm glad you were brave enough to make this statement and it gets us to the root of, perhaps, many of the issues we have discussed in our short relationship on this site. 

 

You believe hitting children is beneficial with regard to correcting behavior. Let's be clear, IT ISN'T. Ever. It never has. Until we evolve past where we are now, there is no reason to believe it will be in the future.

You are wrong. You haven't researched your position much if at all. If you have you would find that we know NOW that hitting kids, at any point in development, causes trauma and obedience but in the long run is more harmful than helpful.

What would a parent need to have in their head, would keep them from completely breaking down and cry or worse, if upon learning that the hitting of their children throughout the entirety of their childhood caused long term trauma and no discernable positive effects?

 

I feel that this method of research is what you have done with regard to many other topics. No research. Doubling down. Doing the closest thing to hitting the person that dares to stand up to you in the hopes of gaining obedience not knowledge.

You swing and you miss.   I did not say I did any kind of scientific investigation.   I only provided this one incident as an example of the many both my wife and I have experienced.   Not in 100% of the times, but a significant amount of them (and please remember we live in the Seattle area, it is not unusual to see trans folks around) exhibit a "beyond the pale" impersonation of what they believe feminine behavior to be.   They try too hard and by so doing are projecting to the world that "I am male but I pretend to be female as you can tell by my exaggerated cross gender behavior".   If you want to tell me I haven't seen what I have seen, you would be wrong.  The fact that you are still fighting the battle that men can be women shows how out of touch with reality you are. 

There are menstruating persons, but they are limited to subset of humans with uteruses, cervixes, and vaginas.   Biological SCIENCE tells us these are female.   The other subset of humans are male.   They don't menstruate.  But it does make you wonder if they should change that to womenstruate.  Maybe that is what is confusing you.   A male who does not menstruate cannot be or become a female who menstruates and has the equipment to become pregnant with another human.   

What you are espousing is fake science and a religious fervor to say that a person is is not what a person is if they don't want to be what they are.  It is not based on any accepted biological SCIENCE.   Believe in science.   It will be good for you.   It helps identify reality.   Believing a man is a woman is not reality.   They may pretend, but that is as far as that can go.
