Halftime? I liked the Afghan Hound, but Penny the Doberman showed some awesome swagger. That mini Schnauzer was not on his game!

The Afghan hound is allegedly the dumbest of all dog breeds. Apparently they use them for hunting mountain lions out west. And I'll have to say any dog that will follow a lion up a tree probably isn't intelligent. I myself am a fan of the Doberman.

That hound would break a leg jumping over a rock. I think they just sight hunt rats in the desert?? But had some sleek beautiful lines when trotting. The power pose by Penny stole it.

Camera work and visuals were sick. Same for the dancing. Music isn't for me, but whatever. Not everything has to be for me!

And that's a good thing.    I watched a little and the camera work was good.   How does that help the crowd at the game?  But it was too sexual and I turned it off.   I did watch the other and it was ok.   Nothing great, but it was just the performers, not a cadre dancers acting like hookers.

The halftime show isn't about the crowd at the game. It's about the TV audience. 

It is a bit funny that so many conservatives are calling this choice wokeness. It's nothing more than market-driven logic. He's the biggest music star in the world and the NFL is trying to expand internationally. It already has the domestic audience locked down. Goodell doesn't care about Hispanic representation. He wants eyeballs from Latin America and Spain so he can sell tickets to games in those countries. That's Capitalism!

The official half time show featured a guy who refused to have any English in his lyrics.  The ‘alternate’ half time show featured a guy who has lyrics in his catalog literally bragging about sex with minors.  Needless to say neither peaked my interest. Half time was a good time to clean up the nacho bar.
