VA to SC is spot on with what I'm hearing around Blacksburg.  Bullock is still in the mix at 84, I guess.  I heard he graduated and is done, then hearing he is in the room.  I think the above lineup will be the main one for the season with some depth guys at various weights like Gorman, Church, Garcia, Rocha still getting reps.  This is a fun team.

Lane Foard just transferred in...I would assume that he'll be in the conversation for 184.  Might be more for the future, though.

Yes...going to 184.  Wrestled tough against 174 Ryan Burton in freestyle

Three on the U20 Team...💪

I am once again salty that they could not keep Jayden imagine that lineup next year with him at 165...

Is there no chance that Miller comes out, similar to Forrest, and is 157lbs?

That or Henson and Gaj man the 149/157 spots and Nininger goes 165lbs, because Nininger handled 74 KG just fine today.

I think they role with Gaj at 57, Noah at 65 this year, then go Melvin 74, Burton 84, Foard 97 2027

Melvin hasn't gone up much the last two years, has he?  Been 157lbs.

Was it a case that he went to 157 for team purposes and has since grown in to the weight, or?

He wrestled 70kg last two years at U20s.

He went 165 at Super 32 last October, so I figured he grew, but he was back down at 157 for Clarion the next week.

So yeah, been the same size.

Idk, I feel like he could grow

They don’t do early morning workouts already? Is this type of thing novel? One of my coaches in HS guilted a few of us into showing up early for school to do this for years.

Every day? At the same level of intensity? Meh...

If Bo Bassett doesn't ever do anymore than AA two times I will delete my whole ass account.....WrestlingRash sucks

I think it is silly to deprive kids of sleep... but what is wrong with the same level of intensity?

The previous poster was saying that the crew getting up every morning and training isnt impressive because his high school coach made him do it....

...i noted that Its likely that either they didnt train every day or train at the same intensity that crew does it.

He thinks that because he did a few morning workouts in high school he is Bo Basset now.

I allow my kids to come in up to 90 minutes before school, during the school year, just to work technique and drill- no heavy cardio.  Also, no cutting weight.

Mind you, I'm not spitting out NCAA Champions, but the kids love it.  Typically no Mondays, unless in-season and we have a tournament the previous weekend.  No coaching by me, either, I just unlock.  Upperclassmen are expected to lead.  If no upperclassmen tell me the day before they'll be going, then I don't unlock.

I didn’t say it isn’t impressive, I asked if this is novel. Seems odd that 2026 Beau Bassett would be the first wrestler in history to start early morning workouts and go hard during them. I was asking a genuine question about how or why this was being represented as a big deal, because I must be missing something.

Kind of wild the leaps you took with my comment, sorry for whatever upset you.
