cowcards Posted January 19 Posted January 19 Hey all, thanks to the wonderful work of @Wrestleknownothing & @grogs84, I've been able to add an NCAA D1 Team Score database to the website. It's separated the scores out by advancement, bonus, and placing, and deduction points. I've also got notes on as much of the deductions as I could find. The scoring is generated from the match database. Please note that there are some discrepancies from the official NCAA team scores. Some of those are NCAA errors and some of those are lack of info on my part. I've noted each instance of this. As the match database gets more and more refined with new info, then the scores will also. Some years, like 1937, have quite a few matches missing, and if I ever find the results, the scores will be updated. One of the main sources of discrepancies is from pigtail matches. There are many instances of those not being listed, especially, in consolations. Anyways, here you go.

I've been wishing for something like this where I could actually go back and look at team results from past tournaments beyond the top 10 which can be hard to find. You guys are psychos but I love you.

He provided invaluable assistance to understand the history of scoring and some of the oddities, outliers, and mistakes that crept in and became dogma over the years. Without his assistance we would be struggling to understand what happened in the mid-80's and late 2000's. Drowning in data, but thirsting for knowledge

I'm assuming you are talking about Seth Cameron, Kris Bishop and Neil Johnson? Because I coded it under the wrong Stonewall Jackson HS in VA. Mountainview was also a Stonewall Jackson that got renamed and then changed back. I changed them to Unity Reed. Edited January 23 by cowcards
