This is just your most recent example of how you’re not a “serious person”.  It’s not just an official declaration of war, but authorization for use of military force.  Which, if you were a “serious person” you would know Congress did such for conflicts such as Vietnam, both Iraq conflicts, Afghanistan, and others. 
 

And yes, to answer your question, I’m against any president who takes it upon their own, as Obama did with Libya.  But to understand that, you would have to have a concept of principle over party.  Good deflection attempt though, that is definitely something you are “serious” about.

Im pretty serious boss.   Also I think Obama bombed 6 distinct countries.

in 2016 alone he dropped more than 26,171 bombs in total.   That’s a lot

Seven actually. However, the strikes in Yemen, Syria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Somalia,  and Iraq fell under 2001 Congressional authorization for military force against Al-Queda targets. It was the intervention in Libya that, although had authorization from the UN, did not fall under this authorization as it had nothing to do with Al-Queda.  Remember how they killed over 3,000 of our people??
 

Educate yourself, and maybe we can consider you as a “serious person”.  Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
