Endene the only 197 listed for Iowa, and Arnold at 184 instead of 174.  Do we see Arnold at 197 at all?

Maybe they think about bumping him or Angelo depending on specific matchups in tight duals?

Maybe…but I think it’s a sign that Arnold could be in play to be the starting 197

I hope its just that's where Gabe's weight is right now; and they aren't thinking about ducking Sinclair if they are way up or McEnally if they meet in the finals!  I'm glad there only (1) Drake listed for 133 for 2nd round if meet Illini

Hot take but I think Sinclair is going to beat Ferrari. I feel like the low-level weight forward knee wrestling will play right into Sinclair's over collar stuff and drags. I also think Sinclair will be able to stay out of the leg pass positions and as long as he can square his hips on Angelo's singles, I don't see how Angelo gets by them.

I agree.  I can't wait for this matchup.  Not to take anything away from Angelo, but I think Sinclair can pull this one out.

Same. I'm not saying this would happen, but I REALLY hope there aren't any decisions to sit wrestlers to save future seeds...

The coaches in their press conference said they would not do this. They made it a big deal.

Why would they not compete in national duals?

That seems to be a national pattern, guys being held out until the 2nd half of wrestling season in hopes that they won't be injured after qualifying for NCAAs. Cornell is also holding guys out, plus I've heard about other guys on other teams as well. I'm afraid the days of guys hitting NCAAs with 40-0 type records has gone the way of the dodo.;

I'd be interested in knowing the result between Endene and Arnold if they've ranked for 197. Endene was mighty unimpressive against a nobody in his first D1 match.

I'll believe it when I see it.

Cornell is also holding guys out,

Cornell is not holding anyone out.  There are a number of wrestlers not enrolled in school in the fall semester because of Ivy eligibility rules.  Pretty sure that non-enrolled athletes <checks notes> are not eligible to compete.

I agree, Sinclair can score from anywhere I don’t think Ferrari has seen a guy like that. Even Plott was more of a 2 attack guy

It is migratory bird season. I hope there's a new limit on ducks?  Plus you need to buy the special license.

None of the Lehigh guys are "ducks"......injury situation is a major problem.......Crookham and Taylor haven't wrestled since early last year and my guess is probably won't for another month, hope I'm surprised and they can get out there sooner.........Griffin got injured two weeks ago and was in a walking brace last weekend..........Stanich recovering from post worlds scope/surgery very doubtful we see him till second semester

I'm actually surprised Rozynski is wrestling as he got "dinged" pretty good also last weekend and only wrestled first of two duals.......

Not much you can do, will be a tough weekend for Lehigh..........
