You didn’t answer the question boss.   You accused me of not remembering what you said in the past.  I said I don’t keep a database of things you said.

again.  It’s a fact you and your pals won’t answer because you know the Obama:Biden admin censored Americans far worse than the Kimmel accusation.  And that’s a fact.

It wasn’t the government that censored Americans during Covid, it was private companies.   Twitter and YouTube explicitly stated that they received requests from the government to censor posts but did not always do it, and there were no repercussions from the government.  If nothing else happens to Kimmel then I’ll consider the situations comparable, but Carr did threaten government action…

Oh and even Rand Paul accidentally admitted that it was happening while a Dem was not President:

Ah, the good old what about argument. I may be wrong but what about....?

Well considering it happened on the same day in the same thread, I think it’s relevant

"Yes, you read that correctly: one billion. Not million. Billion. That’s more than the population of North America, Europe, and at least three Taylor Swift fandoms combined."

That was a quote from the article.  Another way to look at it is that only about 20% of the world population speaks English.  If the billion views are unique this represents 75% of the English speaking global population that would have viewed the podcast.  This would be across all ages and political ideologies too.  Kirk's political opponents must have cared enough to watch.

Exactly. I doin't watch Kimmel, I'm not a particular fan of his. I don't dislike him... just mostly indifference. No problem if they fired him. BIG problem that the Gov't stepped in and threw it's weight around to try and facilitate that.

What is your point? Did the Government kill Charlie Kirk? I mean, that's an argument a lot of people are making or inferring(of course, mostly on the right)... but explain the actual point you're making? Yes. He's dead. Got that. It's terrible.

Government... lets assume they WEREN'T actually responsible.
Kimmel. Was he? For pointing out how Trump didn't care? He was asked how he was doing and immediately started talking about his Kremlin themed renovations...

Or is every really sad thing now a justification for the President, the Chair of the FCC and the Attorney General to come out and talk about the arrests they're making or plan on making?

you dont think the garbage rhetoric had anything to do with the radicalization?

I did and asked you a question afterwards.  Three times.

The sources are two random WordPress sites from Vietnam?

As 1032004 said, the article on "newslife.drinkfood" is categorized under "Satire".

One look at "philmusic.charmingflowers.com.vn" would let you know it's just a SEO spam site.... (the majority of the items posted on the site are song lyrics and AI slop)

The article became more and more enjoyable with increased satire.  They had to write it out for the dummies.  LOOK AT THE NOTE AT THE BOTTOM.

If I click on it 3 times and watch it in thirds, it gets credit for 3 views. Much like the views on this forum. Every time you click it counts as a view

That might matter if it wasn't completely made up.  There was no such podcast.

It's easy to make it look like ratings went WAY up when you are starting from the bottom

It was more than just a relative high.  It was the highest ratings of his show's entire run which is 20+years and that was with 25% of affiliates not carrying the program.

It might be the most viewed monologue of any late night show host in 25+ years.  In addition to the 6.26 million that watched live the youtube video of it got 21 million views.  It was also distributed on Hulu and instagram.  Considering all those outlets it was probably viewed over 30m times.  The highest rated episode of the Late Show with any host was a special Stephen Colbert did after the 2016 Super Bowl at 10pm.  That had over 21million viewers.  Not only was it the highest rated Late Show episode it had more viewers than the final shows of Leno, Letterman, and O'Brien and also the premier episodes of Colbert, Fallon, and O'Brien.  It's big number any way you look at it.
