He helped operate a Facebook troll farm in Arizona. He graduated to going out in public eventually, but he started off online. And again as if to make my point, he basically just does the same thing just in person. Except things like this are a consequence of basically being a troll for a living. Not that I agree with it, but going out in public and insulting large swaths of our population might piss someone off enough to do this.

Kind of like storming the capitol building because your guy lost an election.

Sadly the one thing that’s guaranteed here is the wokesters will 100% ignore this as anything but an opportunity for exploitation.  It’s sad that it didn’t take you long at all.

Wingers are humping away right now all over this thread. Nobody says a thing if it was a regular guy, or especially a Democrat. If they find out he was shot by a winger, they'll also suddenly shut up.

When’s the last time you or your wokester phonies said a thing about the weekly murders that happen daily in our inner cities?   The whack job hypocrites like you are the problem

There was a police officer and a woman shot in Austin, TX. No threads for them?

Again just shows how pathetic you are...why don't you guys just not post on the topic instead of being complete A holes??

Show me any person who was shot regardless of what political party they support and then show me a post by someone that is just like what Trip posted or the things you posted about the shooting and you'll find the exact same kind of reaction from me GUARENTEED!!  These are human life's you f'ing moron...not some make believe thing.

Kind of ironic, somebody who trivializes and downplays gun violence, ends up getting shot like that. Sorry Charlie, it's just necessary to keep the 2nd amendment.

I know you are trying to justify violence against people you disagree with, but it's wrong no matter how you look at it.

There's no justification. Just pointing out the irony of somebody who was willing to trivialize violence to further his "political" career.

With regard to the likes of RV and Trip, don’t waste the time and energy on them.  There precisely why they’re (continuing) making the comments they’re making.  For the attention.  For example, trip could look up articles everyday and post here to bring awareness.  He doesn’t.  He’s using the platform to pat himself on the back. It’s sad this is the kind of behavior that makes them feel good about themselves, don’t enable it.

No official word yet that he has died, only Trumps post.

Say what you want about Kirk’s takes. I agreed with some, certainly not all.  But what he did was go around the county and create a forum where our youth, future voters, could engage in open public debate, civilized conversation, where they weren’t silenced or ridiculed just because he didn’t disagree with them. That’s what the country is supposed to be about.  Sure there were some divisive comments he made in those events, and they were typically based on how the speaker came at him….as I’ve said in here plenty before, opened doors get walked through.

But his contribution is spreading the idea of open public conversation and debate, something that would do our country very well to get back to.

Actually he ridiculed and shouted over people he disagreed with frequently. He was just a slightly more elegant troll. If it meant scoring points with his base supporters, he knew little boundaries in insulting people he opposed. So he wasn't some polite guy who would listen to everyone. He was a troll who existed to do it in real life and he loved to do it.

There is such a thing called nuance in situations like this. Yea it sucks someone died but the same person also said gun deaths are worth it for 2A rights right after a school shooting, and went to places to debate people much younger than him and say inflammatory things. In this country you have the right to free speech but not freedom of consequences from said speech. Also crazy that he was being asked about mass shootings before he was shot

Just out of curiosity Trip how do you regulate Hate? How do you regulate Evil? How do you regulate mentally deranged people. When they (the person) snap they can use a knife, a car, a bat, a bomb, to inflict pain and death on others. There are hundreds of ways to inflict their evil on others. If you can please tell me how you regulate Hate and Evil.

MSNBC guest already insinuated this may be a conservative pro gun dude shooting off guns in celebration for being allowed to have them ?
