It seems like the Princeton Tigers have just spiraled into an abyss.  Monday seems to be doing Ok, but they have taken some huge losses including to Harvard tonight.  What gives?

Hasn't he been there a while?

I can't tell if this is a joke or not....the last thing an ivy can worry about is depth, PSU sometimes looks like they don't think about it.

So Cornell and Columbia is looking a lot more intriguing than I thought!

Always glad to see non-Cornell Ivy teams have some success.  Watched Brown and hope/expect Coach Leen can get in the mix with rising Harvard and Columbia programs.  Hoping each of these schools can get wrestlers qualfied for NCAA's and win some matches at that level.  Pretty sure Princeton will, despite its dual meet struggles.  Princeton looks like they have strong recruiting and will bounce back from some suprising dual meet losses.

Will we get Glory-Vito this weekend?   I hope so

I think Glory will go 125 against Cornell and 133 against Iowa.  He seems like the ultra-duck.  I hope I'm wrong

Glory would have to weigh under 131 against Cornell to be able to descend to 125 for EIWAs.

Hahvahd picked up a good one in Bekzod recently. Not too many Olympic medalists at Ivy League wrestling programs.

That are just not that many Olympic medalists around, especially if you take all the NLWC wrestlers out of the pool, but my memory is that Jamil Kelley (sliver medalist) was assistant at Harvard for a while.

I don’t see how it gets any better for Princeton next year after Monday, Glory, and Stefanik leave. McGowan and Vasquez are good recruits but they aren’t elite/studs who can carry that roster.

Oddly enough, the dual with Cornell tomorrow might be very close.  Princeton matches up well with Cornell.  Wrestlestat says 18-16 for Cornell, although I think Cornell could score as high as 27 (TF for Arujau and Yianni instead of MD, Handlovic and Cardenas winning, Foca with a MD).

Monday vs. Ramirez will be the highlight match.

Compare that to Penn, which matches up poorly with Cornell.  Penn's best guys (Colaiocco, Zapf, and Incontrera) face Arujau, Yianni, and Foca, respectively.  Wrestlestat predicts a 27-3 shellacking.

All depends on who "shows up."
