She has been educated in correct pronunciation. Not many people speak with such attention to consonant and vowel pronunciation but mimic what they mostly hear. I don't think this is related to a geographical area maybe more to the demographic of speech specialists.

Hey everyone!
I really like the way the speaker in this video pronounces things.
Does anyone know what American accent this is or which region it might be from?

Appreciate any insights

Nicole Kaup, English language and communication coach, is a native speaker of standard American English. She was born in Southern California & currently lives in Seattle, Washington.  She is focused on reducing the accent.  I would have guessed she was from the Midwest, like Kansas/Iowa/Nebraska... General American... Neutral...

Thanks a lot. I’ve watched quite a few of Nicole’s videos. Even though she emphasizes Standard American English as a language coach—and like @Gene Mills Fan said, she clearly articulates both consonants and vowels—I always felt there was a slight accent I couldn’t quite place. But it looks like, as you and @Gene Mills Fan mentioned, her accent is Gen Am rather than Southern CA, where she was born.

The speaker in the voice clip below (as she says herself) has a Southern California accent

Th” is such a tough sound. Honestly, I don’t think anyone here can say “think” as perfectly as the female singer in this song. The guy kicks things off… and then Lady Think enters the stage.

Using AI to post again... this is getting old. We all see it.

And in a lot of ways, it's just getting started. More dummies (even dumber than jross) will be jumping on board soon.

I screwed this up. The common phrase when meeting someone like a pretty Jamaican girl: "What yah say?" is the greeting. and the pretty girl blushes and says "Me nah say nuhting!"
