Same amount of team members this year as national champions since 2017. Coincidentally, one of each was a grad transfer that spent most of their career somewhere else, leaving Spencer Lee the lone homegrown bright spot.

I'll take a grad transfer over a regular transfer.

Apparently PSU isn't.  Many disappointments this off season.  Kerk? Brooks? Van Ness? Davis? Nagao? Bartlett losing to high school juniors?

Add to it the tomato can ncaa schedule that is supposedly there to prepare all of them for….. this?

Yeah, but he spent most of his career at Iowa.

@Interviewed_at_Weehawken I blame you for bringing Jimmy over to the International forum that is usually a safe haven for the more intelligent crowd.  You started a Jimmy style thread and desecrated a hallowed institution

lol you seem to be channeling your inner Jimmy ,Kerk blew out his knee at big 10s , Brooks had double pneumonia, van ness doesn’t wrestle much freestyle and Nagao is coming back from a major injury and BB biggest L was getting hitched

I thought they wrestled a soft ball schedule so that doesn’t happen….. so they could wrestle here.    All the jabs you specifically make at Iowa being unhealthy/injured there are a few on your list that are pretty injured…. And a few others that lost in a classless fashion and had to apologize on social media

Other then Kerk who was injured wrestling against gable I don’t think any schedule tweak would’ve stopped brooks (whose been out of college for 2 years now) from getting double pneumonia or Nagao getting hurt wrestling freestyle in the offseason

and as far as “losing in classless fashion “ nonsense I didnt hold it against Brett metcalf when he pushed Darrion Caldwell mid back flip and I’m not gonna hold running off the mat as quick as possible after losing in the world team finals against Barr either bc I have no idea what the emotions of losing an ncaa final or a spot on the world team are like and neither do you

Completely untrue.  PSU doesn't get hurt or sick, nor do they marry drama queens.

*Kerk was not hurt wrestling vs Gable.  It was PSU practice.  Prob dodgeball, but definitely something f*n.

Tis reported in this thread that brooks just had surgery too…..

And the text they show here is gold….  A psu fan admitting psu competes as little as possible.

So your response is to send me a thread that starts off by accusing Penn state of running a secret steroid ring and then just trashes Mormons lol and I’m supposed to believe you want to have a good hearted discussion

No.  It’s a thread where psu fans admit brooks just had surgery.  …. And side note not compete a lot.

If we’re talking the word team as in top three placers, PSU has reps at 57, 65, 70, 74, 79, 86, and 92. And that’s not counting Dake and Snyder. Seems good to me.
