When / if Bartlett gets the courage to say what happened.  That will let everyone know.   If something really bad happened.  That will explain it….. Especially if it was covered up.  If it was a nothing burger …. That will explain it as well.

We really don’t know either way.   If the offense is illegally/sexually obscene (making this up for argument)….   He means those priks should have done something…. If the offense is a nothing burger he means what you’re implying.

Which raises the question, what was the point of his post? Assuming it was Bartlett (there are some who think it wasn't, I lean 75/25 it was) other than to fuel speculation of every kind, none of which is healthy, what was the point? They say sunshine is the best antiseptic, but that was just a bunch of shadows.

It’s pretty easy.  We will know if he talks.  We will not if he does not.

I just don't see how bartlett can some out of the other side of this looking good. He's either exaggerating something in the spirit of bitterness, or he's ineffectually exposing an actual scandal with timing that makes it seem like a reprisal. I guess he could have made a lot of good faith attempts to correct things within the system, but i still don't see what the point of this vagary is...again especially with the timing...

hate to make things up.  And this is made up.  If one or more lady wrestlers were sexually assaulted (at worst) or just treated like sexual garbage / harassed constantly….     And he does not want to make that public until/unless they are comfortable doing so.   Add in to that if he went to the coaches or admin trying to stop said made up activities….
 

would that be grounds for being vague?

I'm gonna stop saying "timing".

If it was something like that, I would really need to hear specifics. If some sexual encounter didn't play out well or someone made a joke that was in horrible taste and then you have bunch of people playing telephone, stuff can spin out of control really quickly. If your hypothetical scenario is in fact accurate, I'd probably end up say he or someone should have gone to the police, not done what we're doing now.
