LHP has really overtaken Malvern the last year or two as the third premier east coast prep school. I think they could be coming for Sem soon as well.

Won Prep Nats last year, and this year could very well do it again. Churning out dudes and people are going there. Their kids wrestle everywhere it is impressive.

Shamus Regan to Iowa

Interesting decision. Iowa is absolutely loaded in his weight range, but respect to him for coming here knowing his spot isn’t close to guaranteed.

I know he could not compete in the post season but I would have liked to see him stay at Mccort this year to train he seemed to have gotten a lot out of it based on his super 32. I just do not know how much elite training there is in SC.

He's at Lake Highlands Prep in FL

With recent commit I bet he can go to rtc and do a ton of work now. So many online and remote options now. I’d guess we see more of that utilized honestly.

@Truzzcat or anyone else that may know..

What happened with Bishop-McCort this year? I just recently learned the Herrings are gone and Shamus Regan isn't there either? I was completely unaware.

Sam is living in Bellefonte presumably just training at NLWC. Regan did not get ruled eligible so he moved back home. Eli Herring I believe is injured as is O'Farill but I heard he is leaving and or left as well and Jax is obviosuly doing his thing so they kind of got cooked.

Interesting. I know next to nothing about Bishop-McCort. Any idea of what becomes of the program once Keegan has graduated?

I think it probably depends on what Bill and Howard do. Their facilities are incredible and they have good coaching so I think they could continue to be a powerhouse. Not obviously to the level they have been for a few years but I think they could be a top PA team. If the fathers decide to move towards the kids I could see the program really falling off.

When did you hear that on O'Farrill? His injury was just a few months ago and he was with McCort up until then.

I think they plan on running it for a good bit. Bill works for the school and Jamison Forrest is just a freshman.

I do not know anything definitive but I had heard that there was some disagreement between someone close to him and a coach and that he will be leaving and or he left.

It would not let me quote you for some reason Hokie.

Just read, #1 ranked 120 Landon Sidun lost in regional finals.

Yes, lost to #10 I think. PA is brutal, an offseason run to a title is definitely a gauntlet at most weights.

Yea I think Sidun wins states but he most likely has to beat #8 then #10 to win the title this year.
