I think the way the title is written explains that, but let me see if I can break it down for you:

The ‘Again’ portion of the title is separated and followed by multiple question marks, signifying my questioning of….’again’.   Going further, questioning the notion that America is not in fact great.  Which, it is.  It is the greatest country in the world!!  Yes even currently. Is it perfect, of course not.  As Tin Cup said perfection is unattainable.   But it can be, and is, perfectly imperfect.   And in the video, he demonstrates that.  He takes an individual who has a very negative view of America, and explains why America is in fact great for her.

The intention is to hope to get some people who like to spend so much time and energy focused on the negative aspects of America, and allow more of the positives to seep into their perception, and realize America is a wonderful place to live, no matter who is in the White House.  People like you and I are very fortunate to have been born here.  We did absolutely nothing to make that happen, it happened for us by the good graces of God. I believe a lot of people take that for granted, and harbor a heavy sense of entitlement over it.  We certainly should always look to make things better, but if we can’t appreciate how beautiful, and very fortunate, we are…what’s the point?

Why not help one another on the way?
Make it much easier, yeah, yeah (just a little bit easier)
Say you just can't live that negative way
If you know what I mean
Make way for the positive day
'Cause it's news (new day)

Make it great again. Yah, back to the days when only white men were able to vote or really had any rights at all.

Remember how white, predominantly Christian, men created this great country?   Figured it out before anyone else did.  Made the world a better place for all races and genders.  I do.

You don’t think this country is any good.  I don’t think your opinion is valid here.

MAGA is about bringing back America’s lost greatness with positivity and proudly holding onto what’s already awesome. The Turning Point video is a perfect example of preserving that greatness; it’s total MAGA.

Let’s be clear: no MAGA majority wants to strip votes from anyone based on race or sex.

How you got that from what I wrote, I have absolutely no idea

This sounds nice, and I do wish that were the case.  However, it does not square, at all, with the fact that the originator of the phrase constantly and consistently talked about what a horrible country we had become, it was the #1 theme of his campaign trail. And it included consistent referencing of “third world country”.  That cannot be argued, at least not by anyone who was paying attention. And it does not square with what you said above.  If what you stated above were accurate, the more appropriate phrase would have been “Make America More Great”, but that phrase would not at all align with the message during the campaign.

But, to each their own.  Another thing that has made America, consistently, the greatest country in the world.

For clarity, that statement was directly to @red viking from this

"Make it great again. Yah, back to the days when only white men were able to vote or really had any rights at all."

Does "MA-More Great" ignore criticisms about what was lost?

MAGA Trump told us what is not great:

  • The U.S. has become a dumping ground for everybody else’s problems.
  • Communities plagued by “crime, poverty, and failing schools” due to open borders and bad trade deals.
  • “third world country” in relation urban crime, election integrity...

MAGA Trump also told us what to preserve:

  • “This is the country that wrote the magnificent words of our Constitution… We are the nation that liberated millions in the fight against tyranny… America is not a land cloaked in darkness. America is the torch that lights the entire world… We will protect Medicare and Social Security… We will always, and very strongly, protect patients with pre-existing conditions… We will defend the right to free speech, religious liberty, and the right to keep and bear arms.”

That’s because the border was left wide open on purpose.

No in fact, it does not.  What it implies is that America is Great, but we can still do better. Which, I pointed out in statements I made such as “are we perfect, of course not”, and “we should always look to make things better”.  Statements conveniently ignored.

Which is the exact opposite of Make America Great Again, combined with constant rhetoric of how terrible America….parts of (majority of) transcripts also conveniently ignored. Which implies America is not great anymore. Nowhere in there is “some aspects of…”

Ya’ll enjoy looking for something to argue with saying America IS great, no matter who’s in the White House. Like I also said, to each their own is another wonderful aspect of our country. Off to the hockey game. Go Blades!

Make it great again as opposed to the mantra of Obama that we are just another nation among nations.   Ours is no more special than any other.   Get used to low economic activity, it is the new normal.   Make America Great Again is a fight against that kind of mindset in my opinion.
