Clerical accidents aren’t the same as legally doing something wrong.  Either way an illegal alien was deported.   Nothing to see here

An “accident,” literally by definition, is “something wrong.”

But not illegal.

Abrego was an illegal alien.   Caught driving 8 illegals across state borders in a car owned by a known and convicted human trafficker.  He beat his wife and wife and wife's previous husband said he is a gang member.

Why do you guys want this guy to come back to the US for again?

Wait is he back just to go to prison prison?

Like the real slim shady….  Kilmar Abrego Garcia is back!   Is he gonna get some due process or what?  He was apparently abusive…. Possibly sexually to females illegals too.

a federal grand jury has indicted him for allegedly transporting illegal aliens within the United States.

A two-count indictment, which was filed under seal in federal court in Tennessee last month and unsealed Friday, alleges Abrego Garcia, 29, participated in a yearslong conspiracy to haul illegal aliens from Texas to the interior of the country.

But as long as not on an interstate highway it's not against the law to transport hitchhikers correct?   I'm sure he will find a good left winger attorney and be fine correct rv?

Yeah but ... if the hitchhikers were carrying weapons & narcotics it ain't his fault correct?  How many of us strip search a random person with a thumb out everytime we give em a ride?  Do Uber drivers do this?  I rest my case.

PS:  see the Maryland ... thread. I knew woke winger rv would be with me on this.

You can read about it. Simple reading comprehension. Look at various sources. Its pretty obvious he was giving people rides to work.

They were ALREADY in the u.s. He was paid to transport people WITHIN the country. Period. I see zero evidence that he was in on anything illegal or that it was his business.  They may just be using him to get to actual criminals that organized something. But his charges will get dropped or hell plea bargain to something light because hes using a cheap public defender that doesnt have much time.

Or...they are trumping up charges just make his deportation look legit. If he plea bargains to some minor crime then they can say he did something, but a real attorney would get the charges dropped.

They can take advantage of his limited funding and inability to put up a fight.

"He traded the innocence of minor children for profit," Bondi said. Children were among those allegedly trafficked. The indictment, filed under seal last month, includes two felony counts.

Nothing wrong with that right rv?  You are one sick viking.

He was working for somebody. As I said, bs charges likely get dropped.

So if you are hired to kill ay someone's spouse you can just argue you were "working for somebody."

Too bad Vak is on hiatus else we could get good legal advise on this defense strategy.

Seems the chief of the criminal division at the US Attorney’s office for the middle district of Tennessee has resigned due to political interference from above in this specific case.

I’m guessing he’s going to talk.

1.   He was working for a known trafficker in illegal aliens

2.  He was driving without a license when pulled over

3.  He was driving the car of his boss, the human trafficker.

4.  He was carrying 8 illegals in a car not built for carrying 8 people.

5.   But FBI told the locals not to do anything.   But the local police saw it for what it was.

6.  I had not heard about weapons and narcotics charges until today.   That ups the ante I think.

So RV, his boss was a known smuggler of human cargo and he was using his boss's altered car to carry illegals from TX to MD.   Seems like an interstate crime.   I don't think the charges will be dropped anytime soon.

Well then what if he had got a speeding ticket, could he have used the somebody hired me defense?

So you know they'll be dropped though. Nobody ever gets put in prison merely for driving illegals WITHIN the country. Doesnt matter if his boss is a bad guy either.

What if a new sheriff who actually enforced literal federal law was in charge ?

Not under Biden they  didn't.   But a trial will be held.   Nice that you admit he was not simply driving folks to their jobs.    That was really a stupid thing to say.   Call it what it is rather than what you wish it to be.   You finally did that and kudos to you.
