Still waiting on someone to provide evidence to confirm that Kasak has the raging back acne they claim he does.

I've seen multiple posters claim it. Put up or shut up.

You're way too focused on back acne, plenty of steroid users do not have back acne. Cystic acne on the face suddenly appearing is also a sign.

For all you PSU people crying foul about how low it was of Shapiro and he's a hater, your boy Bo Nickal went on the biggest podcast in the world (JRE) and said the reason he lost to the Iranian is cuz the guy was juiced to the gills. Said it was obvious. What evidence did he have other than he felt his strength and looked at him?

Same thing here. And it's obvious our wrestlers are using too, if we can go head to head with nations that are obviously doping like Russia. To believe our guys can compete with roid raging Russians just cuz we like our steaks is naive and asinine. Lemme get some of Mr Kasak's home grown beef, doubt it drastically changes my hormone profiles like it did for Kasak and Barr.

Shhhh….we’re not supposed to speak to athletic realities when it’s about americans, only about big bad non-ally country athletes.

So who besides Kasak is a fair accusation? I can see why people say Kasak. He has acne and he grew. But who else?

Haines was cutting his ass off and went up to 174. Not suspect to me

Cassar grew but not a suspicious amount

Barr is a small 197. Not suspect

Starocci not suspect.

Brooks not suspect

Kerkvliet grew naturally into heavyweight.

I just do not get it. And we have Warner and Marinelli being whiney bitches online about it. There is a connection to Colavita's Treigning Lab with multiple Penn State guys, but Dillahaw is the only one who went there are popped, but that was EPO. And then Downey accused DT of steroids, which honestly is the only good accusation. He grew a lot and he failed for long enough making the team that I can imagine he would be willing to do it.

That's great.

Multiple people here have claimed he has it, and believe that is proof of steroid abuse.

So, let's see it.

(Hint: I looked, and he doesn't have much, if any, back acne.)

They're not telling the truth.

I know. It was a loaded question. It's kind of crazy how unfounded the statements are, really.

Serious question.  How can some say …. Peds are rampant in d1.  While almost (in the NCAAs) there have been closer to 0 athletes who popped for peds.  The count can’t be 0.

before you answer.  Fix was popped by wad internationally and not the ncaa.

It's not 0.

So if a kid "grew" and "has acne", calling him a steroid user is a "fair accusation"?

If the bar's really that low to get your name viciously dragged through the mud on social media, these D1 wrestlers who go up a weight class better take their Preparation H.

I guess these international wrestlers who bump up a weight class better hope they never make the team, or they too will get brutally defamed on social media and it will be "good."

Here's a crazy thought.  What if we just let the drug testers do their job and respect the results?

Whom?   I’ve just not heard?

A 15 second Google search revealed a few names that makes the number of NCAA PED suspension more than 0 as you claimed:

Clemson football players: Braden Galloway, Zach Giella

LSU football player: Kristian Fulton

Florida football player: Will Grier

I am sure you can find more if you actually Google.

All the while they play commercials telling people who lost bets to not attack athletes. Maybe they should just tell fans to chill out. Its a sport. A game. Life will go on.

This is a very touchy subject and only fed by accusations.  Shapiro saying what he said, did come across to me as him accusing Kasak and being a little salty, but he did not go overboard about it.  The steroid accusations about Kasak that are flying around I think are a generalization, but I also think they are horrible.  I'm a High School teacher and coach and I see students with horrible acne quite often and most of them are not even athletes.  My own daughter who is a freshman wrestler in college has horrible acne right now and she is definitely not taking steroids.  Sometimes it is just unfortunate that these young kids get it and personally I hate reading about it.

BTW what was the supposed HIPPA violation?  Shapiro revealing his own medical condition?  I can be almost 100% sure that when someone says "HIPPA" that they have zero clue.

The baseless accusations on this thread are pretty despicable.

The NCAA regularly tests for PEDs. Current policy here:

https://ncaaorg.s3.amazonaws.com/ssi/substance/SSI_DrugTestingManual.pdf

NCAA testing NCAA athletes.  What could go wrong?

(there is a reason that WADA (and in the US, USADA) are used by national and international sports governing bodies to do testing, not that they are perfect)

The WebMD article that YOU POSTED specifically state acne on the back.

I guess the stereotype of bacne and acne for peds is totally false then.   You win doctor.

You also posted about back acne here.

So, you apparently believe that he is a steroid user because you believe he has back acne.

But...he doesn't appear to have any.

The fact that Fix was popped by WADA and not the NCAA suggest the NCAA testing is weaker/easier to beat.   Valencia was also busted by WADA and not NCAA (allegedly a street drug not a PED), Brooks's positive was also in WADA but permitted because of his prescription.

Lance Armstrong never was popped either.  That sport was notorious for doping but rarely had guys get popped.

Now, I don't think that means a lot wrestlers, including Kasak are doing roids. It just suggest that the WADA testing is more strict than the NCAA, nothing more.

Unfortunately for Kasak, whether he has ever touched a drug of any kind will never be settled on a message board but it will hang out there.

I watched the whole 13+ min interview and found Meyer to be very candid about his seizures, hospitalization, weight, training leading up Ivys.  Its too bad he made the comment about Roids and that is all anyone is talking about.
