Sounds like a knee or ankle sprain. He may not be able to go at NCAAs now. Huge implication for the team race.

If it’s so severe how do you not even know what he injured ?

I watched it twice.  The injury must happen like twenty seconds before.  It's before he comes back to center.  I could not see anything go the wrong way, or twist funny, or even pressured.  Whatever he did, he did it to himself.

Wouldn't surprise me if he comes back strong to nationals like Star or Nolf.

But is Barr still alive?

I'm searching obituaries and haven't found him yet.  Time will tell

@Wrestleknownothing any chance you can compile the data and do a ranking of Worse to Worst for Jimmy Cinnabon threads?  Just for the 24-25 Season.  Not trying to bury you with a project that could take decades

Finals start in 45 minutes. Got to pay my check and get to the stadium. No time for Cinnabore.

I injured myself st Breck a few years ago. I got cocky and did not think I could go down on some tricky terrain. I did hit the snow and my leg bent awkwardly and I thought for sure I was going to blow a knee out. I even felt a pop. I ski'd to the gondola very slowly and took the city us back to the condo.

I looked a lot like Barr. Turned out to be a strained calf muscle. About 7 days later I was maybe 95 percent.

Dr. Jekyl Jimmy (who roots against Penn State) is hoping it is extremely severe so that he can taunt his alter ego Jimmy Hyde (the Penn State fan) with the diagnosis.

Angel Rivera is a piece of sh*t with those stall calls.   He is horrible ref

He got a lot of us to say his name, so his plan worked.

This just in from Carl...

Penn State head coach Carl Sanderson addressed the health of No. 2-ranked Nick Suriano Josh Barr at a press conference on Monday Sunday, saying the freshman is "wrestling right now" and that "he's progressing along, and it's looking good"

by the way... if you're looking for the bout, it's on Mat 3 about 1:58 into the stream.  I don't see anything regarding the injury that can attributed to Angel Rivera.

The will be performing a full transplant Monday At State College Medical Center - apparently several Intermat Forum posters have volunteered as leg donors - Coach Casey said he'd be ready for NCAA's. no worries, JC.

Often wrong, but never in doubt.
