Isn’t that precisely why they don’t label the expenditures with where / what it is or what it is going to.  That is the fraud.    That is the falsification of what they are spending money on.

Yes, for less than $4 million in total ($483K for the cars).  It was changed to $400 million in December, and later the reference to Tesla was removed.
