Is Foca making a case to enter into tier 1? He was looking like someone who could push for a high podium spot last year before the concussions. I am comfortable with him at his own tier because he is 2 for 2 at NCAA's and on a 36 (37) match win streak that includes 1 (2) wins over Mekhi Lewis. Last year he beat the second, third, and seventh place finishers on the way to his title. (Nick Lee, Keegan O'Toole, Aaron Brook, and Gable Steveson also beat 3 ultimate AA's - everyone else beat 2). The funny thing about the Plot match, was that he had been sick for awhile and had only practiced a few days before the Ok State dual. Olmos on the other hand scored 4 perfectly clean takedowns and could have easily had 2 more that he was in deep on.
