OK, not just how many, but who?  Which Nebraska wrestlers will win?

I am going Hardy beating Bartlett.

I’ll go Smith and Lovett.  Both of which will finish lower in March IMO

So....we have 3 Cornhusker diehards in here 😄

You know what the "N" on Nebraska's helmets stands for?

Nawledge.

125 Smith dec Lilledahl          NU 3 PSU 0

133 Davis dec VanDee           NU 3 PSU 3

141 Hardy dec Bartlett            NU 6 PSU 3

149 Van Ness dec Lovett       NU 6 PSU 6

157 Kasak dec Taylor             NU 6 PSU 9

165 Mesenbrink MD Minto    NU 6 PSU 13

174 Haines dec Pinto             NU 6 PSU 16

184 Starocci MD Allred         NU 6 PSU 20

197 Barr MD McDaniel          NU 6 PSU 24

HWT Kerv FALL Andrews     NU 6 PSU 30

I think the best match will be Van Ness vs Lovett. Van Ness has been an engine of destruction this year but Lovett has been really good with only a tight loss to the returning NC.

Messenbrink gets held to a major if PSU is training thru, otherwise its TF city. This is hard to imagine but he looks better against the comp this year than last. Minto scores a lot himself, but Messenbrink will turn that into his own points.

Where can I get good odds betting neither Stevenson nor Messenbrink will win a NC title this year?

I nearly picked him by TF but Minto has done pretty well this year and I figured I'd give him the benefit of the doubt.

I understand that logic, but I don't think he can slow MeSenbrink down.

I love watching that kid wrestle. Constantly working. If he was a little smarter he might be a NC already.

So better odds of winning 4 than 3  🤔  waiting on Wkn to tell me how I can make money on this.  💰

The line for those interested in such things is Penn State -33. It opened up at -30 from what I could find. That is a whole lotta points. I think Nebraska covers but it'll be tight. I'm not sure if they still do random starting weights but Nebraska will definitely want to start things at 125 and Penn State I'm guessing would love to start at 165 to take the crowd out of it from the jump.

Wow, I’d love to take Nebraska with those points. Seems Penn State would have to win four of five in the lower weights to cover that. What services or sites allow you to bet on NCAA Wrestling?

For me, I can access lines through Circa but they are only available in some states. I've also seen lines posted on BetOnline I believe but have never used that site so can't speak for it.

Can't think of one dual where Cael chose not to start at 125.  I think he's been on the record or its been confirmed he doesn't care about the order

The last dual. Not that he decided though. He said Coach Cody informed him they were starting at 285.

Drowning in data, but thirsting for knowledge

I know he has a few losses this year but wasn’t Camden McDanel a big time recruit?  Any chance of the upset against Barr?

I doubt it..  If I recall correctly coming out of high school Cam was known more for his freestyle success vs folk.

Yeah, saw that interview.  Throughout the years I think that's been his regular response.  He doesn't think about it
