Penn State fans since 2011 have been so blinded by success, that there is no way that their guy could possibly lose. Any close/controversial call should go their direction, because THEY ARE, PENN STATE.

Pretty funny that you posted that right after this.

I'm a PSUer and at no time thought that Haines had criteria for a TD on that.

Are they a Penn State fan since 2011?  I thank you for showing me this to prove that there is still a little hope left in the world.

I’m a Penn State fan since then and I didn’t think it was a takedown. But generalizations are quite often faulty

No. The opposite would be a point. There will always be a small group of…fanatics/zealots/unreasonable people of basically any group of data analysis that would be the folks you’re referring to. Basically he, and now you(?) are implying the entire fan base, or from the time 2011(not sure what that truly has to do with anything) is incapable of objectivity?

Sure are a lot of them complaining today.   Not as much here as they imo are more hard core wrestling fans.

No idea if or what the criteria would be but for my eyes I would have it as a takedown if either his but was behind Keegans or maybe even parallel or if he was behind the other arm that the overhook is on. To me this is a hard position to declare control in even in a still frame.

There is no control in that still pic, and count me among Penn State fans who did not see a TD for Haines. KOT won the match on superior scrambling ability.

There is always a few fanatics who can't see straight, but that has no bearing on the entire fanbase.

I’m sure that these two will meet again at some point later in the year. So I think it will just add to the intrigue

Not likely before NCAA finals, where Hamiti will be in the mix.
