Facundo medical redshirt?

Penn State board says Alex Facundo was spotted on crutches and a big knee brace at the Wyoming match.  Sounds like a serious injury and may cement Kasak as the 157 starter this year.

So sounds like Facundo will be getting a medical RS this year?

Sounds like an obvious leg AMPUTATION. How did you not see this when it is so clearly the case.

That would be his 3rd redshirt in 4 years.  If he stays at PSU his whole career hopefully he has about 3 degrees when he’s done

Eventually, by law of averages he'll be better than somebody in his weight range....probably.  Or somebody will get hurt.  And when it happens...

I'd imagine if he wants to be a starter, he would transfer after this season. After this season Kasak and Mesenbrink will still have two years each, Levi will be back for his senior year, and Sealey is in redshirt this year and PJ Duke is coming in. Facundo is really tough. I'd hope he gets to compete as a starter more than his RS freshman year.
