A distinction without a difference

How is that?   A jury does not convict, they find guilt or the lack thereof.  It is the judge that enters that into the record and at that point he is convicted and sentenced.   The judge can decide not to do that and then there is no conviction.   A distinction with a difference.

😂 this is a fun argument.  No nut swingers around here

What are the people (or person) called that can't debate things, which may be about Trump, without calling people "nut swingers" who do?  😂

You are talking about paperwork and political power/motivation. None of that changes the fact he was found guilty by a jury of committing 34 felonies. Call it a conviction, don't call it a conviction. It is a distinction without a difference.

34 felonies?

WKN - He's asking you a simple question of what are the 34 unique felonies.   You are making his point by not answer the question.

In addition, from a legal standpoint, Trump is not convicted, he was found guilty.    There is a legal  difference between the two.   Legally he was found guilty.   Legally, he has not been convicted.

Oh, I am aware. I am also aware he has had that question answered. And I am aware that no matter how many times it is answered he will not stop asking it.

Well one, you misunderstand the definition of debate.  What takes place in here are not debates.

Second, what would I call that type a person….one who calls it like it is.

Having been on the debate team in high school I'm not sure we want that type of debate.  I could go either way ... not that anythings wrong with that.  😉

LOL...okay Rasta...whatever you say...LOL  You are all over the place in your stance on things...you call people who argue legal semantics "nut swingers", but yet you want to get into semantics on what is a debate and what isn't.

As for your last sentence, I would call that person simple minded to think everything is about unequivocally supporting Trump, and not understanding that people can have opinions on the nuance of the court case in regards to Trump without it being about supporting everything Trump does or doesn't do, or as you like to put it "nut swingers", aka resort to immature name calling like RL and RV...but carry on ...

That was a lot.  I’m glad you feel better my friend.
