This makes him prey to manipulations by his own staff or, worse, the control of foreign adversaries. He shambles about aimlessly, slurs his words and sometimes speaks gibberish. Bush leaves a TERRIBLE economy, under Obama, it turns around, it's going strong, Trump comes in....completely drops the ball on the pandemic, leaves another disaster, Biden has it completely turned around....and we're thinking, 'nah, lets go back again.'
