What do you make of his decision to let Shapiro finish the match against Chumbley?

did not see that one - best to err on the side of caution

Other than conferences and nationals I won't pay for another Cornell match while Mike Grey is coach.  Waste of money

I don’t know what makes me lose more respect for Cornell Wrestling:  a) the ducking; or b) Grey’s sad excuse message—dude is literally ducking the duck issue. 🦆

So, Grey is lying, Yianni is lying, Vito is lying, and Ramirez was faking his injury in the Pitt match.  Got it.

And prob not faking his ouchie.

Does Foca have any ouchies? Or did he need a ranked win at 184?

You know what?  I don't know, and neither do you nor anyone else on this board.  I choose to believe these guys, who have been stand-up people.  Others choose to believe they are lying.

Actually, I do know.  I wrestled in college, at a lower level, and I took some beatings.  I know how it feels to go to the trainer and get my ankle taped, my ribs taped, my thumb taped, etc. and still practice and still weigh in and still wrestle.

No, you don't know the particular circumstances of anyone on the Cornell team.

yeah but we do know that sometimes these decisions are made very extremely poor reasons. It doesn't help the sport to just take situations like this laying completely down.
