My guess at 165 would be Tony Negron, wrestled a good amount of matches for them last year and has a good ability to keep matches close with some of the better wrestlers in the country.

Both will have comparable results at either weight and neither will likely qualify at 174. If I could choose, I would send Teemer out at 165 with McClane at 157 and Negron at 174. He just has a big dome... like a Marky Mark-lite. I want him at 165, though. I think he has some serious freestyle potential and the sooner he is allowed to grow in to 74 KG the better. Not so sure Ruiz gets that big though.
