Hoffman has been injured and just heard that Hepner is injured as well.

So no Wilcox down to 157 to challenge and Geog at 197 looks like a real possibility then?  I don't mind that.

Some dummy mentioned Paddy going up, so who knows. I've believed Geog has had that spot locked down, but not officially. Maybe the injury makes it official now.

Read directly above the words, WRESTLE-OFFS.

Carry on...

The school's website litetOSU.thumb.png.118b1755c719ec74f89fdaf3603b5ddd.pngrally says 'The' in front of it.

That is the trump card, innit?

I would love to see Paddy go up... but who slides in at 157 then?  Hepner was a darkhorse to AA at 165 (methinks).  Paddy likely has the same peak output, but then they lose points at 157.  Gavin Brown?  He wrestled anywhere from 149 to 165 last year for the Buckeyes.  He is probably their best option.

Per their certifications, Andre Gonzalez is already at 149... maybe let him go there and D'Emilio at 157? 🤣

So any details on the injuries for Hoffman and Hepner, and any inside knowledge as to why Geog would take the spot. I have agreed with you previously. I am hopeful Geog is good enough to take it.

Brayden Palmer did his first two years at 141, second two years at 133 and he is down to 125 for his final year of eligibility at UT chat.  Look for him to make waves

He has always been tough as nails on top. Will be interesting to see how he does at 125.

I would prefer Geog to slide into 197 this year. No clue what's up with Hepner.

Freaking Sasso getting shot. Still can't believe it.

He got small while in there, too, apparently?

Word around town is that he doesn't wrestle again. :classic_mellow:

Heard the same, appears his wrestling career is over. We'll see Hepner at 165 once he's healed up. Geog will be the 197.

That's what I've had. Paddy gets a break due to Sasso's injury and will wrestle 57.

I'm ready for Hepner and Geog to get at it.

Dang. As in not wrestling again in college, or for his entire career? That sucks.

Career is what I'm hearing.  I heard he may stick around CBUS and coach...

Idk how much stock there is in rumors anymore but the inside-ish story I heard is he's going to have extensive rehab just to be able to walk again.

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.
