He broke him down a couple of times. But he certainly wasn't trying to turn.

Stopped rolls and switches. Not much/anything he initiated.

AOC looked liked the best guy coming in and he showed it.  Congrats to him and UNC.  Has UNC had a 2x champ before?

TJ Jaworksy had 3 and is still the best UNC wrestler ever. O’Connor is 2nd for me now.

Jaworsky won 3.

Haines is allegedly not able to hold the weight.... if he's at 165, he ain't winning next year if either Carr or KOT are there.

Easy to say.  He is going to get better. I’m not counting him out.

AOC created a blueprint for others to follow against Haines next season

What’s that? By a grown adult and using old man strength? Think Haines will out grow that blue print

*Be stronger and more athletic than Haines and more technically skilled*

Got it!

There wasn't really a game plan there, AOC is just better (right now) and more physical.  This match wasn't close.  AOC was always the best guy.

Austin seems like a great guy

He’s gone through a lot. Last year he tore his ACL and MCL and gutted out the season to still all American. I heard it was a hard decision to come back, but he wanted to prove himself at 157 and boy did he do it. So happy for the guy.

*whispers* I think Humphrey’s was the 2nd best 157. He physically matched O’Connor in the semis.
