So any charges filed against someone of a different political affiliation than the current administration is "weaponization of the DOJ"??

There has been no actual reporting of Hearn’s political affiliation.  Some social media influencers after his arrest tried to claim his alleged vandalism was politically motivated, but now that is been proven there was zero evidence of vandalism but rather shitty work, where does that leave those influencers in regard to his political affiliation?

No, charges based on blatant lies and clearly zero evidence are though.  At minimum, every one of these people should issue a formal apology.   Doubt they will though.

I'm not the one who claimed weaponization of the DOJ.  I'm fine with not charging someone if there isn't enough evidence to do so, regardless of political affiliation...and I definitely wouldn't claim weaponization of the DOJ for an arrest on suspicion of vandalism no matter who or what was being suspected of being vandalized.

Weaponization doesn’t have to be about political affiliation.  It can be about arresting someone where there is no evidence to arrest them (as in this case has now been proven and admitted to by the DOJ) as a scape goat for not wanting to admit mistakes.
