I don't think any of them are as conversational or inspirational as the original.  Actually, they look like something Hunter might conjure up.

They seem a bit controversial to me.  Why not just a plain yellow flag?  Red or blue seems controversial and some folks might be afraid of snowflakes.

It doesn’t make any sense the level of pandering to 1-2% of the population.   They’ve lost their mind in places like mn and Michigan

But it, too, has a star.

As you've posted - you seem to think a flag with a star must be a "nod" of some sort.

Flags the world over are full of stars. They aren't all some kind of "nod".

You aren't making any sense. Get a grip, son.

So according to your logic, I must think the US Flag is a nod to the Somali flag because it has a star.    Or that the TX state flag is a nod to the Somali flag.   I think it is you who needs to get a grip.

The mental gymnastics the left goes through to pretend some things aren’t true… tis the reasons they have a crapola approval rating

a state that clearly caters to Somalis

a state that doesn’t attempt to prosecute huge amounts of fraud

they in public constantly talk about how awesome Somalis are

they make a flag that looks exactly like the Somalis flag…. Little comrades defend it all day that it doesn’t.

sometimes the most plausible answer is just the answer.

Maybe it’s just about votes.  Politics and all.  I know yall argumentative comrades will find another group that is equal or higher.   But before you answer consider the fact that there one of the newer voting blocks in the us (for Ds).

Somali voters in Minnesota (MN) who voted between 80% and 87% for the Democratic presidential candidate in 2024 belong to one of the most consistently "blue" voting blocs in the United States.
While most groups shifted toward the GOP in 2024, the Somali-MN numbers remain comparable to only a few other deep-blue demographics nationwide.

No - that's not my logic. How about you stop guessing poorly about what I'm thinking and instead clarify something you actual know about.

What is your logic connecting the MN flag to Somalia?

(This should be simple enough, if you even have the tiniest of a grip on reality.)

The easiest way to connect the Minnesota flag to the Somali flag is to see they obviously look alike. You need to be color blind or stupid not to see the obvious connection.

It’s clearly done for current and future votes.

There are literally millions of flags in the world.

And some moron like you thinks a couple might "look alike", or share similar colors, and try to draw ridiculous conclusions from that?

Lunch Door, you may well be the biggest idiot to ever post here.

It's worse that you are actually another alias for one of the shameless bit**es that runs this chicken shit operation.

I'm an idiot and you think the Minnesota flag has no significant connection to the Somali flag? Then you think I post under different aliases? Next thing you try and tell me is a dude can be a chick. No I'm sorry you are so far out of touch from the massive major that you are beyond the fringe. America laughs at idiots like you. You are the meme.

The guy who designed it is from Luverne - not exactly a hub for political activism or cultural diversity. I liked other flag designs, but if you believe this was Somali inspired, take off the tin foil hats.

This state flag topic is about as useful as a parka in the Arizona desert at high noon. Only time a state flag has been relevant is on a geography quiz or bar trivia.

Not. a. big. deal.

Insert catchy tagline here.

I agree, it shouldn’t be a big deal, however, the state is proposing a bill to reduce local government aid from cities that don’t fly it.

The flag never needed to be replaced in the first place.
