I believe there’s a minimum time you need to be “un-retired” for if you want to come back, but isn’t it probably less (or at least no more) than the suspension time?

what have other programs done to 'grow the sport' ? Cael brought back the All Star classic from the dead. he started National Collegiate Duals He created the best dynasty currently in the sport. He built and funds what is the de facto international training center for the US.

who cares other than 'gotcha' people? he clearly never failed a test while he was actually competing. none of his wins/titles/medals are affected. maybe he just didnt gaf. maybe he now takes a supplement that's on the banned list just for daily health/lifestyle. maybe he smokes a little weed once in a while. who cares? he tested when he competed, and he didn't when he didn't.
