Because Beau thinks Carter took his stuff as retaliation and wants the police to understand why he thinks that. Presumably Beau would inform the police of other vindictive stuff that Carter has done that back his theory, such as unwanted photo-taking. I could be wrong, but to me, it would be weird for Beau to point the finger at Carter without mentioning other douchy stuff he's done since his wife spilled the beans.

Maybe I got fake news’d, but If he popped for DHEA, then it’s not one of those scenarios where he popped for trace amounts of steroids and blames “tainted beef” or some obscure OTC supplement that his team was able to google. It would mean he’s just an idiot. DHEA supplements might as well be sugar pills. It’s not a masking agent either. Popping for DHEA shouldn’t really hurt his reputation, though it most certainly will. I do believe he should be punished, especially since it’s now been twice that he’s been negligent. -

I'm saying he's juicing and claiming he was taking an over the counter supp that does nothing for no reason and thats what tripped the test. -

AB is dumb as hell for this, but being banned for a pseudo supplement is crazy. -
I think they end up even stronger from this. Solution: These issues are due to a lack of staffing of the NLWC. Snyder and Brooks are good people who didn't have the resources they needed. Starocci was going to be an NLWC athlete but has been dismissed. We got rid of the problem and need to hire more staff to better police the area. Gilman is hired as PSU staff member.
