  1. Past hour
  2. I checked online and it seems Ohio is similar to how you described Florida. 3rd degree misdemeanor as long as the person is 18 years of age or older. Felony for a minor or someone with developmental disabilities. Also a felony if the solicitor have previously tested positive for HIV
  3. Hmmm, a quick read of some Ohio statutes is a BIT more concerning. Again, not an expert in Ohio law, but there is a "tiered" system for sex offender registration there and a "Tier 2 " sex offender includes someone convicted of "compelling prostitution." Gonna have to see the formal charges (when law enforcement arrests you, the charges on the police report aren't necessarily the charges you will face once the prosecutors look at the case).
  4. Don't worry twitter has your back
  5. They had 6… same as Iowa.
  6. Doesn’t sound like trafficikkng to me from the article at least. With thad said is he really married and was at a wedding? Was she there and did he leave to get with said tute? Snyder, a three-time world champion, was taken into custody by the Columbus Division of Police’s Police and Community Together (PACT) unit during a sting operation on the city’s north side. Authorities said he allegedly responded to an online advertisement and arranged to meet undercover officers at a hotel. Police said Snyder exchanged money and solicited sexual acts from an undercover officer before being arrested on a charge of engaging in prostitution.
  7. I'm sure you've applied this level of grace/benefit of the doubt to the Biden family and Obama in the past, right? You're definitely not just trying to tell yourself a story because the guy you worship is doing something obviously corrupt. That would be beneath you....lol.
  8. Maybe Snyder was just saying the same prayer that Bo Nickal prayed to his haters... Bo just left out the part about paying for it.
  9. They had at least 7 out of 10 transfer starters last year?
  10. the possibility that Hamas will retain power over Gaza.
  11. There could be some people who read this and say, “Oh, God’s plan…that’s just a way to rationalize defeat.” What would you say to them? Snyder: I would say that the Bible says that not even a sparrow falls to the ground without him knowing it. And he’s got all the stars numbered and named, and that he knows the beginning from the end, and every day of my life has been accounted for. So I believe when I’m saying things like that, that’s just the truth. And it’s not that I don’t go out and do my best. I go out and compete as hard as I can every time. I asked God to help me win and to honor and glorify him, but he’s got a better plan. What are your best memories from Paris? Snyder: I loved seeing my son (Judah) and wife (Maddie) after I competed in my first match. They got front row seats, so they were right there. That’s one of my favorite memories. I hadn’t seen them in three weeks, so it was a long time. And speaking of family, you’re approaching a big event. Snyder: Yeah, my wife is going to be having our second baby in about a week. We’re having a baby girl, so we’re excited about that. And our son will be two on October 4, so she’ll be here before he even turns two years old. It’s exciting for us.
  12. Way (see: 11 seconds) ahead of you. This appears to be state level, and I don't know Ohio's law on the subject, but in Florida it's a misdemeanor and does nto require registration.
  13. Inverse tanking is a form of tanking. Why are you guys so constrained that you think tanking means something negative? Be diverse and inclusive in your understanding of tanking.
  14. That's fine, but it is the definition of the word. I thinks its more like if Synder says don't punch people in the face, then does punch someone in the face, that would be hypocritical. It has nothing to do with him liking to be punched or not. Does that mean he is forever? I don't know, he was in this instance but I am willing to forgive him and hope he gets things figured out.
  15. Not a law expert, @VakAttack?, but wouldn't that only apply if the perpetrator sought out a minor
  16. Yeah talk about an awkward mother's day...
  17. He most likely would not be put on the list unless he was under the assumption the other person was a minor.
  18. Oh look, somebody who’s been to law school (a considerable expense) is so arrogant that he disregards the lay person who sees the very real wrong he committed, and tries to claim accomplices when in reality he is the only one observed to actually claim a personal $400 million benefit. I’m certain you are correct in that you’ll avoid prosecution but it’s not due to your truthfulness, it’s not due to some great number of cohorts, nor to my lack of understanding. It’s due to the fact that it’s you who is superficial. I see now that the always dependable @uncle bernard (sarc) is joining in the calumny.
  19. If this is what it takes to get him to stop spouting scripture, then I'm all for it.
  20. Unless the officer was also posing as a child, this seems unlikely to me. At least in Florida.
