I am very interested to see how the clearinghouse process plays out. Will data become public? Doubt it. But I can hope. I imagine it will be shared with schools (and maybe athletes?) though. How quickly will the first lawsuit be filed over a denied deal? Whatever number you produce, I will take the under. How much will we learn about deal sizes from court filings? Or from athletes' attorneys? Hopefully a lot. What will Deloitte reveal about how they are modeling fair market value? Likely the blackest of boxes. From NIL Go's FAQs: Range of Compensation (RoC) - RoC is anchored in valuation principles to determine if a student athlete’s third-party NIL compensation is commensurate with compensation paid to similarly situated individuals with comparable NIL value. The RoC is a deal level calculation that is intended to capture a student-athlete’s unique NIL value based upon multiple factors, including but not limited to, the deal’s performance obligations, the student-athlete’s athletic performance and social media reach, the local market, and the market reach of his or her institution and program. The RoC will also be informed by external benchmarks. In order to compare to "similarly situated individuals" you need to have a bunch of data. Where does that data come from? Is it Bob's past deals? Is it based on other sports? Minimum wage? Works/study wages? How do they value these multiple factors? What is an obligation worth? What is the athletic performance work? What is the value of social media reach? Why does local market matter if a school's reach is national, or international? What are the external benchmarks that inform? There are just so many toeholds for enterprising attorneys.

Trump intervenes to allow pedophile to flee to Israel

No, the story is pretty straight forward. An Israeli Cyber-Security expert was arrested in a Child Porn scheme. The Trump admin got him released on behalf of Israel. Not the first time this has happened, either. This is exactly what happened with Epstein in Florida. -

Love your commitment -
Nice try but nope.

I don’t watch Fox or Fix news

What sources
-
Everything I see indicates Memphis violent crime rate is about 2x DC. What's your source? Fix News?

"I'm just asking questions." -
Not looking at your personal agenda driven stats. All sources I see indicate Memphis is way worse.
-
Academic qualification and US academic prestige become lesser concerns when it's harder for wrestlers to get a visa to study here, aren't eligible for pay while everyone else on the team is, and have to mostly ditch their style of wrestling.
-
Compare and contrast Memphis crime stats to the dc ones that I posted above.
-
You were afraid of DC? WHAT A WUSS BAG. You sure you wrestled? You should try walking around in Memphis. Makes the worst part of DC look like a resort.

Have countries like Russia changed their high school course work in the last 10 years to align with the US?
-
Pathetic way to gaslight the regimes failures that resulted in >100 deaths in TX.
-
Let's go Bob. Write that $600 check and get this thing done baby.

He is possibility white but 110% going to die.

Frank was asking if there are ways to bring in more international wrestlers today, not 10 years ago. Re-read the last paragraph of the post you just quoted.
-
yes, everything over $600.
-
... would have to be a freestyle bag
-
I think in basketball the loophole was to compensate international players with "no labor" gigs, like dropping their name or image somewhere without the athlete having to actually do anything. Dunno how it would work now if the institutions rather than just the athletes bear the risk. Would love to see more of it, though. The RTC model is a great entry point

I can say with a high degree of certainty that yes you are going to die.
