Our junior guys have been awful this year. I don't know what's going on but there is a huge coaching problem at all levels it seems. Dabir needs to be held accountable, especially if we perform poorly at senior worlds this year. Alizadeh lost to greece? Mamivand can't do a single leg? Its actually hilarious how bad our freestyle guys are. When you have Cox and Taylor coaching compared to our randoms this is what happens. If you want world champions you need to be coached by world champions not guys who can barely podium at Asians. Dabir now can't hide behind "team titles" he has completely lost all credibility in his coaching appointments. There are 50 uncles in the outskirts of Mazandaran who can coach these guys better.

Taking 4 and the under isn't crazy. Assuming you'd get a push if it lands on 4 that's a lot of medalists. There's a world where Spencer is our only medalist (there's also like 6 guys who are going to win some matches and very well could end up with a bronze).

So far I have been very impressed with our MFS team. We already have 2 Champions, and 1 Bronze, 2 more in the finals, another with a chance for Bronze medal and two other Studs starting their run tomorrow. We could end up with 8 medals which would be fantastic.

I agree with you mostly on the age for most people. It is just Sad and Snyder have been banging at the highest level since 14. Sad was a phenom like Kyle very young. I think their primes were 21-25. That sounds odd but let's see how they do. Kyle's and Sad's best days are over. But with the right bracket they are still good enough to win Gold!

They are in their very late 20s/early 30s. I think your early 30s are still prime, especially at this heavy of a weight class. I think mid 30s can still be prime for 125/130 kg.

To be fair, no one said we won’t be able to see these things coming. What most said, and by most I mean the vast majority of professionals who are trained, experienced and actually do this kind of thing for a living every day, is that the cuts will make it much more difficult to forecast their tracks and power with as much accuracy. One big story of Erin…so far… is that no one, around here was seeing this thing reach cat5 with winds as high as 179mph. I for one will be certain to lend more weight to the Euro models as these things form throughout this season. There’s another wave right behind it. It’s early, but some models have it forming, getting pretty big, and heading right for my area. But fortunately the chin wipers won’t be impacted by any of them, and we can all have a few good laughs.
