    I have looked at the data...DC was NOT a safe place to be. That leads me to believe, as with a lot of others including the president, that someone, or multiple people were not doing their job and thus needed help to get things under control. Not sure how that is even debatable but guess everything is these days regards less of the facts and truths behind things. As for liberty, can you point to where having the NG on the streets in DC to help reduce violent crime has, or will erode any law-abiding citizens liberty?

    I guess we have to start with, is it really a case of 'someone not doing their job', or is hyperbole being fed to the herd and the sheep just following? (See below) Second, there is a bigger picture at stake as well. As I've said before...liberty is not free. With liberty unfortunately comes the liberty for s**theads to do s**thead things.     Also Stanich had an 8-8 criteria win over Zepeda during this recent run. While Zepeda may end up being outstanding, he is probably not ready to challenge Henson or Mendez, and I wouldn't be surprised to see a redshirt.

    GWN CLEARLY knows nothing about LEO's and ICE...it is humorous really...the irony is he/she/they thinks and attempts to be "smart" and ends up showing everyone he/she/they isn't...and yet calls others "stupid"

    Those all do and still hold true...but when someone (or multiple someone's) clearly isn't doing their job at the state level isn't it in the best interest of the locals, and quite frankly, all citizens to be protected even if it is by the NG?? And because of that it doesn't change some of the main tenants of the conservative party.

    Earlier this offseason, in one of our coaching carousel updates, we mentioned how Nate Engel had stepped down from his position on the Oregon State staff. Engel’s next move is public now as he’ll assume a role on the Army WCAP women’s coaching staff. Engel had been an integral part of the women’s program at Oregon State’s Dam RTC. At various times, they have had Adeline Gray, Alex Glaude, Alyssa Lampe, Dom Parrish, Mallory Velte, and Skylar Grote training in Corvallis and working closely with Engel. Before coming to Oregon State, Engel was on staff at Stanford and the Naval Academy. The 2025 Senior World Team will feature one of the members of the Army WCAP program - Adaugo Nwachukwo along with one of Engel’s former pupils, Glaude. In 2021, Engel was named USA Wrestling’s Women’s Coach of the Year. Two years earlier, Engel was named USAW’s Greco-Roman Coach of the Year. Engel has extensive experience coaching women’s freestyle overseas at various age group levels at continental and world championships.

    To bring more facts to the discussion: Just looked at the Ticketmaster schematic. Over 3000 seats sold and they just opened up 2 more sections totaling about 450. Only about 100 of those 3000 sold are up for resale on their site. Don't know how many could be up for sale elsewhere, but probably not many. Anyway, hard to imagine last-minute and walk-up sales won't take that 3000 number quite a bit higher. (Because they're opening new sections as needed in the 15,000-capacity arena; it means most of those several thousand tickets have been sold to real people, not ticket merchants that can't make any money in this situation.) Should be a decent crowd.

    Higher. Ohio shows up for wrestling events. Non-conference OSU dual vs. Kent St. in November is 2500+, including 200-300 Kent St fans. Sunday 1pm OSU dual vs. the bottom of the B10 like Michigan St is 4000+ with fans from anywhere within 2 hours driving distance. Cleveland area doesn't have OSU, but it's rich with passionate youth and high school families that love to go to events. They will get more than 800 fans.
