My daughter went to PSU and he was hitting on several of her roommates online despite never meeting them. Just fishing and casting a wide net IMO. Then when she graduated my niece went to PSU and was messaged by Carter in her first week as a freshman trying to hook up. Most of my daughters circle of friends knew he was a player and stayed away. PA is a patchwork of recreational use. Nearly all the major cities have decriminalized recreational use. Maybe 25% of residents in the state live where recreational use has been decriminalized. Some do not realize how different the consequences can be when crossing a county or municipal boundary.
