Explain value based outcome payments to me like I’m an idiot…..cuz I am. Sidenote: don’t know a lot about the ins and outs of this topic. But I do know that the people on the patient care level…..unfortunately I’ve had to spend last couple years in the ‘care’ roll at home and the people on the floor in the hospitals and facilities, they are the real ones, the chosen ones. What they do day in and day out…heavy heavy level of gratitude.

I had a debate with my father on this not long ago, that this theory is no good any longer. I told him when you were raising me, my access to different ways of doing things was you and your friends. Today, these kids have instant access in their pockets to view how things are done all over the world. The world of opinions is exponentially more competitive these days.

The bill has no chance. It will be returned and will need considerations for Ukraine and IRS. The bill as written is a gift to Russia, and billionaires. The negotiation process should be interesting.

I literally just pointed out how much conversation on the topic there is here that is related to mental health, as well as other discussion that is not about AR’s. Your response is to apologize for not being more clear, then go on another long rant about “why do people (including on here) only talk about AR’s?” It appears you are less focused on the overall discussion and more on the portion of the discussion that gives you something to bicker. Same goes for your perspective of the outside world. Maybe try looking at what legislation has been presented and attempted to pass in regards to mental health, and why it has not. (Hint: you won’t find it on tucker). That could be a start. In the meantime, broaden your horizons a little bit and realize there is in fact more to the discussion, and they are taking place, than just the pieces you want to argue about.

Interesting development. The DC judge in the federal Jan 6 case has received request from media to allow the trial to be viewed publicly. She has given Trump’s team until Nov 10 to respond if they would be in favor or against this. Puts Trump in an interesting position: If he answers in favor; then all of the testimony and evidence is on view for the whole world to see, not in social media, not in a congressional hearing, but in a court of law, non political and non biased (I know some MAGA nuts are going to laugh at that concept) each witness cross examined. If he answers against, well the obvious question is…..why would you want it hidden?
