    They should put them in designated area where basic amenities are provided in a minimal cost structure. A military style barracks with easy to clean and maintain environments. This is not a difficult issue. These people can not be allowed to continue the havoc they have been wreaking on society. It it insane to allow this crap to continue. The filth and crime is unacceptable. It is a lawless environment that cannot continue.

    I posted a chart that says otherwise. It was the first one that popped up and I know nothing about its methodology but they do continue Ukraine the poorest and MDA number 2. They both are probably poor enough that it matters very little who is #1 . Also it's obvious that Russia has their hands full with a very poor nation regardless if they are in fact the poorest. I still don't understand why Putin would waste his military on Ukraine. Who wants to take over a corrupt poor nation that would be a burden.

    Are you sure about that. I knew some Ukrainians through work, and the stories are pretty crazy. 2 weeks wage will fill a gas tank. Ironically the people I have talked with wanted to rejoin Russia before the war. Also lots of corruption.
