Trump is not a people, he’s a President, and that means he’s authorized to do a lot of things that secretaries of state , vice presidents, and senators are not. Biden won’t be indicted because he’s a sitting president, but if Trump can be imprisoned, Biden can be impeached.

It’s evidence of the two tiered justice system that goes on steroids when Trump is involved.

“We needed to protect the CCP, that was part of the logic in the cover up.” One more time: https://rumble.com/v32s9a0-dr.-robert-malone-we-needed-to-protect-the-ccp-that-was-part-of-the-logic-i.html

Because he’s got the US Attorney General, the DoG, the FBI, the CIA, the NY State AG, the Fulton County, Georgia DA, and the NY County DA pressing their frivolous charges and, as you say, he’s got the Presidential Pardon power. As a sitting president he can’t be indicted and probably will never be indicted. He may be impeached but it is doubtful enough democrats in the Senate will vote to convict. Even when they know he’s guilty as sin.

On the issue of term limits, this on the Dianne Feinstein issue: https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2023/07/feinstein-watch.php

The problems with this country run much deeper than term limits for Congress, whom the CIA and bureaucrats already call ltemporary hires.” It’s deeper than insider trading or campaign contributions or lobbyists, all already covered by law. Better enforcement and accountability could help, as well as your vote, which could be aided by an honest press. But Congress’ long standing commitment to delegating its responsibilities to executive branch agencies is what has built the condescension to call them temporaries. The public is noticing this arrogance and the antithetical nonsense it creates for them to endure, they just don’t always know where its root lies. RFK Jr has dealt with and studied it for years and talks extensively about it, Trump speaks and reacts to it out of instinct. Biden, and many of those insider trading, fund raising, elected for life legislators are just along for the ride. Some of this has been wrangled with by the current court, mostly to do with the EPA.

I don’t hate you either. But for reasons only you can know, you argue with people about things you don’t know. Is woke Marxist? Is an AR15 an assault rifle? Does AR stand for assault rifle? I remember other cases but not the specifics. Then you try to grasp for credibility asking: does anyone take these guys seriously? It might be you that is not taken seriously because you’ve been shown to be wrong so often. My suggestion that you should google is because there is information out that shows you wrong on, in my estimation, 60% or more of your conspiracy theory list. I’m not going through it all, but masks are useless for aerosolized virus. This was known before covid. The only way you can begin to get better information will be to abandon those outlets that promised you collusion for over two years, or wait for a long time.

Try this: https://thefederalist.com/2023/07/27/how-a-federal-judge-turned-the-tables-on-hunter-bidens-plea-deal/ Publicly, this pretrial diversion agreement was described as applying just to the unlawful possession of a firearm charge. This was a wild mischaracterization of the agreement. Included in the agreement was a provision that bound the United States to not prosecute Biden “for any federal crimes encompassed by . . . the Statement of Facts” attached to the Plea Agreement. The referred-to Statement of Facts includes: Hunter’s role with and compensation from Burisma; Hunter’s role with and compensation from Chinese private equity firm Bohai, Harvest, and Rosemont; Hunter’s holding company Owasco; Hunter’s consulting firm Rosemont Seneca; and many other aspects of Hunter’s controversial web of business relationships. It wasn’t to protect Hunter, it was to say that if Hunter didn’t get prosecuted for it then you can’t say Joe was guilty of being in on it.
