Nobody can say he didn’t try. He recruited hard, utilized the transfer portal, and wrestlers showed improvement after being there awhile. I think you are correlating impeachment to closely with criminal court. That is a mistake, mainly because it is political inso far as political allies may not vote for conviction if they perceive that it won’t hurt them politically, and vice versa. Also, treason is treason and there is no other qualification. The danger is that the payments can be held against him to affect more policy decisions at any time, and suspicions abound, if not he could just plead that “hey! That was a long time ago.” That simply wouldn’t work. No, now the committees can subpoena the personal bank records and anything else they need to show where and how the money was distributed. Once the public is shown the evidence, if they manage to see it, they’ll be the ones to decide, whether through impeachment or election. It should have happened a long time ago but nobody wanted Camela.

The treason was as vice president, the corruption spans the decade, and certainly includes the lying and coverup as president, the guidance of the DoG away from his son and toward his opponent. I don’t know if you’ve heard, but there is now evidence that the change in policy regarding the firing of the Ukrainian prosecutor was instigated by biden; kerry and obama went along with him, but the State Dept and Europe issued documents praising Shokin and recommending that the loan go forward based on his accomplishments. It was just plain old Joe protecting the company that was paying him and his son.

Just because some ideological propagandist steers ‘research’ toward his preconceived conclusion shouldn’t mean others have to fall for it. Regrettably, even law enforcement entities have been enabled by the spoilage. The dimocrats are anything but democratic. They are the party that wants to pack the court with ideological activist judges, who will legislate their regressive laws from the bench, because they can’t pass them through Congress. That’s authoritarian. They want to eliminate the filibuster -but only when they’re in the majority. That’s authoritarian. They want to eliminate the electoral college so that the entire country can be ruled by bicoastal elites who have rigged and arranged for single party dominance in the biggest metropolis’ in the country. That’s authoritarian. They want the government bureaucracies to control speech through consorting with private social media platforms to squelch any message that is deemed offensive or uncomfortable, even if true. That’s authoritarian. They want to imprison, possibly for life, those who exercise their 1st amendment rights to speak out, challenge, and petition the government for their grievances. That’s authoritarian. Possibly the most revealing part is they don’t even trust themselves to nominate their candidate using democracy. This cycle they’re adding to the system that gives certain people ‘super votes’ that count more than regular votes, with strict rules imposed on candidates as to where and when they can campaign. Penalties for breaking the rules include losing pledged delegates won in other states as well as the restricted states. Decided by a committee of who’s who serving as judge, jury, and executioner, just as they are trying to install in every other element of the government. That’s authoritarian, they’re authoritarian. They’re on the left. Case closed.

It’s not a law, it’s the president’s, and everybody else’s, prerogative, and always has been. It was proven this year that the president doesn’t need to participate for the memorial to endure. Considering who it is and his penchant for leaving a stain on these occasions; so what? The commemorations, like Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Pearl Harbor Day, and D-Day will continue, for some, a long time.
