    I don’t understand your question. You may not realize that the sentence is Section 5 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.

    That is the 14th Amendment. Section 5 to be specific. What textualist would only read three fifths of an Amendment to guide his decision?

    Read on down to section 5 and you see: The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article. Which they did by writing statute that covers prosecutions and convictions of insurrection. Dimocrats don’t allow democracy within their party, there’ll be no dimocrat primary election for president. Will they be stopped before they destroy the country, because they certainly will be afterwards. Maybe by China. Maybe by Persia.

    Declaring sanctuary is more unconstitutional than state sanctioned border control, to my mind.

    It is a tough one. He is a coward, but even worse, I believe he knew he was a coward and by taking the job he prevented someone who wasn’t from filling the position. While it may not be actionable for him declining to react to the shots, if he is found to be derelict in preventing the shooter from entering the school, that may be.

    Notwithstanding your Constitutional Law expertise, I disagree. By the way, your judge in this case has been Congressionally referred for ethics violations.
