  1. Wrestling injuries are always kept quiet. Probably because it would make it easier to target the person's vulnerabilities. But then it makes us wonder whether someone is having a bad day or if they are actually injured.

  3. At 2.99 per month, ill consider it subsidized. They provide excellent value
  4. Speaking of index funds ( @Wrestleknownothing, didn't know that about your background - interesting!), I don't think it's necessarily helpful for individuals in the wrestling world (or any other part of the world) to dwell too much on how they measure against some external benchmark. More useful to measure yourself on where you want to be. It's cool to hear about everyone's path at age 25, but not sure how pertinent it is to Gable (or anyone else for that matter) I'm not taking a shot at you WKN. I was just saying generally I don't like having a consensus view on what growing up looks like (as long we we are treating people with respect). Ambition comes in all shapes and sizes.
  5. dumb question from me (what a surprise!): 1) Does this mean that those who do not subscribe to BTN+ regularly, will have the opportunity to PPV for this dual? (great news) or the far worse news which would be: 2) That those who are current subscribers to BTN+ would need to pay extra for some reason to watch this dual
  6. With the new price point, its the best value out there currently
  7. 10-0 with some big wins. Appears to be well on his way to supplanting Camacho at 125 for the Wolfpack (if he hasn't already). Before Peterson injury defaulted out of the match, Robinson was on his way to a technical fall. He had already majored Max Gallagher, Louis Gill, and nearly did the same to Diego Sotelo and Sheldon Seymour. Will he be in AA this year? Will he even maintain the starting spot?
  8. Best parts of this dual for me were: 125 was way closer than I thought it would be. Renteria from Oregon State is long and wiry for the weight, he also has the self confidence it takes to succeed (he doesn't back down). This one went to Spratley in sudden victory, but Renteria was pretty close. In fact, both of Spratley's takedowns in the match came as reattacks on Renteria's shots (of which he did not take many committed ones). 157 with Stiles over Travis in sudden victory 197 with Surber upsetting and blanking Munoz
  9. Surber is a gamer
  10. I do love it when guys are overmatched - to just come out swinging. Reminds me of Marco Vespa nearly locking up a cradle on Spencer Lee before being eviscerated
  11. @Wrestleknownothing, take your pick among these: 1) 2) 3)
  12. McDonnell! Cancel the season now and just give him the title!

  18. McBride sisters are bad ass! I love their intro music as well
  19. Sounds good to me
  20. When I went to Turkey a long time ago, we had friends there that were into it and tried to explain it to us. It was actually quite fun
  21. will you be in attendance sir?
  22. Takats seems to be pretty good
  23. Guess I spoke too soon
  24. Inspiring effort so far. This has been way closer than I expected
