  1. Mooberry in particular should start at 197 from day one. Dawson will have some competition at heavy. Johnson also has a decent chance at starting at 165. Three starters from another program would be a lot
  2. Bob Dole = "Like" Brain = "Smart post" Laughing face = "LOL" Wrestling = "Wrestling" Cigarette = "That was a heavy post, I may need a cigarette to help me digest the implications" Death skull = "I'm laughing so hard I am actually dead" Confused face = "Me, the person that is using this emoji, is a Karen" Stalling = "Jombo" Potato = "Idaho" Shit = "Shitpost" Clown = "Clownpost" Duck = "Patrick Glory ducked Jesse Ybarra" Banana = "Ionel" etc

  4. Northern Illinois got three incoming transfers from North Dakota State this summer. 197 Spencer Mooberry, 285 Devon Dawson, and 165 Landen Johnson. Poster on the NDSU board pointed out that Northern Illinois hired former Bison McGwire Midkiff this summer as an assistant coach. https://niuhuskies.com/news/2024/7/1/mcgwire-midkiff-joins-wrestling-coaching-staff.aspx
  5. https://admissions.umich.edu/apply/other-applicants/non-degree-and-guest-applications plus Michigan which explains how suriano attended such an excellent academic school
  6. Same experience as me
  7. good to see you around brother
  8. Growing up, it was regular for this to be done for very competitive guys. I knew quite a few 16 year old high school freshman
  9. @TNwrestling I also didn't get the impression he was joking about the overarching point he was making, even if some of the hyperboles within were intentional for comedy ("my advice today is to get held back"). Maybe you know him better than we do - but genuinely curious what gave you the impression he wasn't being serious. It is easy for snippets of things to be caught out of context and appear misleadingly bad. If this is one of those cases, enlighten us.
  10. I have rooted against all of these three guys in NCAA championships against guys from Lehigh Valley Trenge vs Sanderson Labriola vs Starocci Sasso vs O'Connor you must be a fellow Lehigh Valley fan!
  11. Kyle Mosher from Columbia to Hofstra
  12. Jaxon Smith of Maryland drops down to 184 for the 2025 season! I predict he will earn third place after Keckeisen and Starocci
  13. I opened up Chrome on my phone and had a whole bunch of ads. On my PC, I use Brave and have no ads. (in case that is helpful as a reference point)
  14. Max Dean over Michael Beard still rubs me the wrong way, but thats the way things are done apparently. I'm happy Lehigh got a hold of Beard.
  15. as of now, I don't see him on any roster
  16. to further clarify - it wouldn't be a survey of wrestlers' specific expectation, but instead, would be algorithm driven like the ranking system of wrestlestat where based on certain factors, you could predict a likely range of expected compensation. the volunteer scraping part comes into play for piecing together details of deals from past years
  17. volunteers scraping. it would take money or time lol
  18. and by my count, jackrabbits have lost zero to the portal this year. having gained several - all from Iowa
  19. So far it looks like only Cobe and Glazier are at SDSU. I'm not sure if that means Cade is staying at Iowa or is headed elsewhere (or to SDSU on delay)
  20. @andegre, any thought on adding a column in the WrestleStat transfer portal titled "expected NIL Demands" which would be in dollar amounts. And separately, showing the NIL details as they may be available on the site? I'd be happy to donate time or money to help make it happen.
  21. I have not gotten one. I'm using the Brave browser if that helps
  22. Based on the number of wanna be hollywood types in the greater Los Angeles, I'm sure you could find a good deal. no shortage of camera crews. Bakersfield a little over two hour drive
  23. Bias to me does not mean hypocrisy. I'll have to rethink my answer. I am biased toward guys that have some overlap with my past even if it violates the creed I mentioned above. And so if there is a conservative style, high pedigree wrestler from the Lehigh Valley or the broader Philadelphia area, I would probably root for them against a wrestler who fits the criteria I put above. That makes me a tribalist for my hometowns to some extent.
  24. I am biased toward: 1. Bravery and courage, regardless of result. think of Rivera at Northwestern bumping up to 133 to face number 1 Stephan Micic. He lost the match, but won a fan. 2. Those who don't take a redshirt 3. Underdogs 4. Guys who were recruited over 5. Aggressive wrestling style with high attack rate 6. High stamina - never gasses
